Compulsory trans lessons in primary schools: what will this involve?

Does anyone know who will be teaching or writing the trans part of this curriculum and what it will cover?

Given the cod science and lack of/outright hostility to safeguarding concerns of many of the lobby groups who have been teaching in schools I am really concerned about this.

What does the government think primary school children need to know about trans issues and for what purpose? Will they consult with organisations such as Transgender Trend, WPUK, FPFW?

I new this was coming, I knew they would come for the young kids now Stonewall has many 'champion' secondary schools. Fuck. I will have to home school now.

The 6 month consultation sounds good though, as long as it's balanced...you'd think with Brexit they wouldn't have the time...

It’s a very clever trick, conflating trans and gay.

You can’t now object to the one without seeming to object to the other. And they have nothing to do with each other. So now any parent who doesn’t want their child learning you can be born in the wrong body is automatically a homophobe.

It’s actually a horrifyingly successful bit of propaganda.

DD is just a toddler but I'm getting in there first.

She can play with what toys she likes and dress as she likes and if people say she can't because she's a girl they're a bit silly and old fashioned.

She likes running around and climbing and I tell her how strong she is etc.

I'm not having some unqualified woke person telling her she might be a boy and I might be her dad.

Lots of people who disagreed to part in the consultation. Clearly it was decided on high to push this propaganda upon the developing minds of minors - and the consultation was just a box ticking exercise.

Imagine - in 10 years time a generation of kids is going to be fully indoctrinated in this ideology. They are going to be a fucking nightmare. Even worse than the young wokesters today.

The trans juggernaut is above democratic control and just uses democratic process as a disguise.

I wonder if the GRA consultation will be ignored as well?

I'm guessing it will involve Stonewall partners like Olly & Pop. I started a thread when they came to my child's primary school about 18 months ago.

Their educational videos are on youtube for anyone who wants to watch. I took no issue with their gay content but the trans stuff was full of worrying stereotypes and actually in conflict with the same sex message.

Olly and Pop later went on to produce a video encouraging minor children to respond to the GRA consultation.

Will this include the 'grooming' of children and vulnerable adults by TRAs?

Also getting in there first with my girls so they can fuck off with their brain washing won’t work here. We are very clear what bring gay means and how it is normal and fine but you cannot change sex.

We host Italian summer students and only host girls. A few years ago we had a girl and a boy in eye shadow and were told we had to host him. They shared a room putting me in breach of single sex room sharers only rule. Dh was furious that our boundary trampled.

There's a gaping chasm of difference between teaching young children that trans people exist and should not be bullied or subject to discrimination in employment and housing and the like, and indoctrinating children by teaching them Gender Identity Ideology, a neo-religion, as established fact.

Here is Andrew Moffat of the No Outsiders programme allegedly telling a child that it is possible to be born in the wrong body and that Islamic teaching is pro-homosexuality.

You can't be born in the wrong body. And children shouldn't be taught falsehoods about a faith, even if wider society disagrees with some of the tenets of that faith.

This is ghastly. And what makes it worse is all the fucking prosecco mummies who think it's all rainbows, unicorns and 'accepting difference', they're all over Facebook. Going up against it is going to make me look like the Westboro Baptist Church but I'm ready for it with facts and rationality.

I'm in Scotland where its basically worse. No sniff in DSs school yet but the primary 7s get a LGBT assembly which I'll be sure to learn about when the time comes. If need be I'll remove DS from school that say, and tell everyone why.

I can’t wait for the response from our traveller families, of whom there are a very large number in our school, due to to our proximity to several traveller sites.

I’ve already briefed our head teacher with a copy of Transgendertrend’s school pack, and handed out copies to staff from other schools at a recent network meeting. Not sure that’ll be enough, but it’s a start.

I fail to understand why they ‘need’ to teach children about trans. I really don’t. Teach them about healthy relationships and treating people with respect - you don’t need to tell children that ‘some people are gay’, it’s not exactly a hidden thing these days (it’s not 1919!). Who is deciding this and who is advising them?

But ‘some men like to wear women’s clothes and if they say so they are actually women’. I was such a gobby child I would have had a field day at that assembly.

And despite the school hauling in ferret and vile and some person who dresses like a businesswoman and lectures about how hard it is for female genders in business (you can fill in the biology details yourself) - DS (who disagrees with everything I say these days) told me recently that ‘you just can’t change your sex’. I told him ‘well duh’.

Even DH has announced off his own bat that he won’t ever buy lotto tickets (but that he ever did) because of the mermaids money being approved.

I could take my children out on that day and i already do talk about it with them. But that doesn't stop an entire generation from believing in this sexist stereotyping bullshit.

Agree with this. Schools are committed to not teaching gender stereotypes so what will they be saying about this?
