Obviously this is a thought experiment but is it true that the political parties in the UK have such atrocious poorly-designed constitutions and internal structures that any loosely affiliated or even Self-ID'd member can declare themselves, LibDemsMumsnet, GreenPartyMumsnet etc. and they can't prevent any degree of misrepresentation no matter how much any affiliated Twitter accounts etc. bring them into disrepute?

Molly only has one, single thing that supports her adoption of a 'non-binary' identity and politics - and that is her anti-feminism.

She carries all the performative markers of 'woman' (see, I can do Butler) - of course she does; that works - her only claim to non-binary is a political refusal to act in solidarity with women or recognise actual sex-based inequality.

Jesus I'm blocked by the self-absorbed 'afab enby' despite never tweeting a damn thing in my life. Assuming I am blocked for merely liking something they disagree with (I don't even like tweets that often). To think they are involved in teaching at a university but are incapable of accepting people may have a different opinion to them. So much for academics thinking critically these days. Academics are supposed to approach arguments rationally, critically asses them and provide thoughtful counter-arguments - apparently that isn't necessary any more. Now you can just shove your fingers in your ears, shout la la la and peer review that. Ridiculous.
