I think that IW had an epiphany at CBB that caused IW to change their position to favor pre op transgender identified males access to women and Self ID. You could see it on IW's face when they realized that not even they believed what they were shouting.

This was made obvious with the behaviour shown on CBB. You can have as much surgery and identify as you want but you cannot change your biology or your age.

Yes but India has changed appearance considerably and had surgery etc, not just grown older bit by bit without noticing until the mirror shock. As pp said it must be quite frustrating to not look like your idealised picture of yourself even when you completely change your looks.
