I hate that I'm scared to share it but I feel so strongly about this issue.

Is it me or is that a bit bloody obvious in how totally trivialised the 'rights of transmen' bit is? Transwomen get Everything. Transmen with shh! vaginas well we'll stuff a tampon machine in the loo, that's our single objective for you and as big as the vision gets where you're concerned. And we just haven't got around to it anyway because the transwomen are so much more important. How interesting is it anyway that Bex pretty much says here the transwomen will decide what the transmen need, get, and when, and where they fit on the priority list?

Exactly this, and the likes of Bex Stinson aren't self aware enough to realise how they are doing this.

I have some small hope that the TIFs will eventually play a large part in bringing this shit down. The biggest jump in referrals to gender clinics in recent years has been young girls and I think the majority of them will desist at some point (and probably peak trans).

Sadly not before a lot of irreversible damage has been done to female bodies but I can see that collectively their voices may form an important part of a future backlash.

I shared the article on my FB and have got no responses whatsoever. I can't tell if that's a good or bad thing, but at least I haven't been accused of being a bigot

I'm thinking out loud here.

We are told transwomen can't use the men's loo's because they're at risk from violent men will be viciously attack them soon as look at them.

Tampon machines in men's loos' will make said vicious violent men very aware that not all who are in there are biologically male

Wouldn't this put transmen at risk as well as small effeminate looking men?

Or are we expected to believe that these violent brutish men who are lurking in toilets waiting for transwomen so they can beat the stuffing out of them would give a transman a free pass?

Who knows? None of it is very logical, is it? See also the fact that transwomen don't want to use men's toilets because they're frightened of violent men, but when women say they want to protect women-only spaces because they're frightened of violent men, they're told not to be so silly and women are just as violent as men.

I suspect the issue of being incarcerated based on gender identity in Canada may be the point at which trans identified females say wait just one effing minute.

There's also the argument that if a woman is attacked in a toilet, that's already illegal so she can report it.

But the counter that TIMs can equally well report being attacked in men's toilets doesn't go down very well.

Interesting re: sharing on Facebook. It is entirely possible they are not showing up, given facebook's form for censoring posts on feminism, and the criteria they use for community standards.

There isn't a single mention of agp or sexual fetishising on the comments in the women's aid article. Would they have been deleted? There are plenty of suggestions of dodgy motives though.

The Times do allow mention of agp and an explanation of it as a sexual fetish in their comments - I've seen it several times. Their moderation has been fairly relaxed as long as people are careful I think.

Probably because there's so many angles to consider, nobody's got around to mentioning it.

What I'm waiting for is the explosive mainstream expose of the trans rights movement as fetishists and people with dubious motives using those with gender dysphoria as a human shield.

The coopting of liberal feminism is breathtakingly magnificent. Macchiavelli amd Goebbels would be proud. To be able to get those who lose out to virulently defend you, to the point where when the paedophilia/sex offender mask slips, you can still do no wrong. It really is impressive.

It also shows clearly, i think, who on the left is a critical thinker, and who is a sheep.
