This is why democracy has journalists as well as politicians and party members. It's a journalist's job to question everything, regardless of how it might play out in party politics. Which is how Janice spotted what was going on in the first place.

With the Labour lot they're courting and could conceivably win the youth vote, but surely Miller et al don't believe that the blue haired Tumblr kids are going to vote Tory just because they say the right things about trans people.

I am baffled by this devotion to Corbyn. They must realise that only two possibilities are at play:

1. Corbyn agrees with the erasure of women as a sex class and agrees with blacklisting any woman that challenges him.

1. Corbyn is not a strong enough leader to stop this.

Given his wholehearted support of the trans agenda during TV interviews it seems very obvious that the former is the case. JJ and Radfem have a total blind-spot for him. Neither realise that their idol could not give a shit about them.

Yeah, I don’t get the Second Coming adulation either. To me, ot’sno different from Olly Murs fangirling. No one politician is without flaws. I haven’t seen much evidence of leadership from Corbyn. Someone commented on MN about John McDonald having the smarts snd Corbyn being his puppet, which had a ring of truth to it.

Bullshit. Dear Leader knows exactly what is going on and has decided to ignore it because he calculates that the youth and student led activism is more important to electoral success than the feminists are. (I think he's right about that cos nobody likes feminists but also wrong because he thinks the general public are unaware. They're not. They're waking up. So I think his calculation is wrong. Still his deliberate calculation though.)
