OK, new thread for 2010!

My aim is to have lost 2 stone by my Birthday on April 6th! Booking a weeks family holiday for that week and want to feel and look better!

So, weigh in Friday? I always find weekends harder so that would be a good day for me.

Smalline mmm roast dinner soup sounds interesting.
I normally do carrot, onion and leek or leek and potato. Sometime spicy butternut squash. Carrot and coriander is nice as well.

Hi Juneybean. You can soon lose that 1/2 stone again.

I know why i have been tired and had a headache the last 2 days! Bloody AF appeared!
Hopefully more loss next week now.

Back to do wii fit tonight. Feel much better today compaired to last 2 days.

30 mins wii fit done tonight. Didn't want to but soon got into it!

Been good and haven't snacked today or eaten any crisps!

I'm feeling really hungry today, sort of like I can feel a binge coming on, I've just had my lunch which was 4 ryvitas filled with low fat cream cheese, thin slivers of cheddar cheese & branston pickle, 2 cup-a-soups, 2 oat biscuits & 2 crispbakes yummy, I'll just have to make sure that I fill up on fruit this afternoon, I'm doing Chicken tikka for tea tonight.

Did Davina's workout dvd this morning, might do some Tae-Bo tomorrow.

I would love to lose 2 stone by April 1st as goin on holiday and may have to put on a bloody costume 'god help the poor people in Croatia'...
Weigh in Friday for me then, lets keep each other positive and don't reach for biscuits etc...

2 cup a soups? I would struggle with 1 lol! Always find them a bit powdery.

I had cheese and ketchup sandwich!

Breakfast was 2 pieces toast with jam and butter.
Elevenses was a pot of jelly!

Thats all so far today.
Have made rum and raisin flapjacks though so will probably have one of those later .

Will try and do some wii fit later. Am feeling very tired though thanks to the dog waking me at 4.30am being sick on the floor!!

It is yum . Had a piece after school run. Very yummy.

DD1 and DD2 want to go to rainbows tonight so more walking for me! Only a mile there and a mile back!!!! May push my bike on the way there and cycle home. Then walk to pick them up at 7pm. If i walk both ways i will have walked 8 miles today! Sooo tired.

I walked them to rainbows (pushing my bike) then whizzed home on the pavement , no bike lights and it was getting dark!)
Then walked to pick them up, took the dog too. Ended up part running part walking because i was running late!

Then DD's wanted to keep having running races on the way home which i had to keep up with because it was dark.

Thighs were already killing me from last nights lunges on the wii!

I'm on me 'up day down day diet' - and.......

so far...(ok it's only been a week!) is going well. Fits in with me life and all that. I know if I can't have it today that I can have it tomorrow. [tries to keep diet head on for a few more months at least emoticon]

Well done Furball Glad it seems to be going well.

My thighs are still very sore lol! Wii fit tonight hopefully. Also have to walk DS2 to football training. Luckily he gets a lift home!

Tomorrow will be lots of extra walking too. School valentines disco. DS2 is in juniors so his is starts as DD1 and DD2's ends. Will have to go out again to pick him up!

Hopefully will all = good weigh in result Friday!!

Tortoise is putting us all to shame on the exercise front - I reckon that's going to add up to a big smile on Friday!

I'm really glad the up-day down-day is working for you Furball finding diets that work long term is the biggest problem. I've always got fed up with dieting in the past and given up.

Life's been hectic this week. I've finally managed to get 5 mins down-time. I went back full-time at work on Monday. I've managed to go to fitball and Body Jam so far this week too. (having a rest tonight). Planning on Body Pump tomorrow night

Mammi Sounds like you are exercising well too. Probably better than me as it is proper classes. I am used to walking everywhere so i don't think it makes much difference to my weight now.

Definatly will go on wii fit tonight.

45 mins completed on wii fit. I very nearly didn't bother! But made myself get on with it! Glad i did as enjoyed it.

Around 8 miles of walking done today and i am shattered! Walked triple speed on the way home from dropping DD's at the valentine disco because it was dark and i was alone. (scaredy cat emoticon!)

Probably spoilt by me having sausage and chips from chippy! Didn't have much time to cook for me and the smell tempted me in lol!

I managed to get to my Body Pump class, I'm feeling really good - I just hope to god that the results show on the scales tomorrow.

Very very small loss this week. Am now 12 st 10 1/2!
Dissapointed it wasn't more. Maybe not trying hard enough.

Stayed the same again this week so I'm still 12st 8lbs, think I had better rethink my weekend eating, plan my treats rather than just eating everything in sight.

oops - forgot to weigh this morning

Mind you I'd be lucky to do anything other than gain! - I missed me off day due to 'light lunch' then had a couple of pints (i'm so sophisticated!! )

Then last night had friends round for a meal which was stuffed butternut squash [healthy] but pudding........chocolate banoffe pie, yummmy and also had wine [trousers bursting open emoticon]

still full now!

Good News and Bad News...

Good News is I've managed to stick to the diet completely - Low Calorie, Low Fat & Low Carb. I've been to 4 exercise classes this week too. Phew!

Bad News is I've been a donkey and I've been weighing myself in my bedroom (on a carpet) instead of on a hard floor (bathroom).

So, according to the bedroom I'm 13st 13lbs and according to my bathroom (on the same scales) I'm 14st 8lbs. Which is more than I was last week.

However, I know that these last 3 weeks I've lost loads .... So, I've decided to post my Bathroom weight as I think that's probably my actual weight.
