OK, new thread for 2010!

My aim is to have lost 2 stone by my Birthday on April 6th! Booking a weeks family holiday for that week and want to feel and look better!

So, weigh in Friday? I always find weekends harder so that would be a good day for me.

Smalline mmm roast dinner soup sounds interesting.
I normally do carrot, onion and leek or leek and potato. Sometime spicy butternut squash. Carrot and coriander is nice as well.

I am currently 13st 1 lb. At my last WW weigh in (nov) I was 12 st 10 lbs (start weight 14 st 5 lbs).

Am restarting WW today and could do with some extra support.

cor - those WW points don't go far do they?

had abit of a binge on ww products yesterday, don't know what damage was done and I don't know why cos on Monday, so 1 week in I had lost 4 lbs - why would I want to ruin that?

But I had lost 4lbs on Monday!

Stayed the same this week, I tried to prepare myself for this result last night as AF is here, but was still disappointed to see it this morning.

Am hoping for a very good result next week.

12 st 13lb here but AF this week so going to blame eating on that!
Doing well so far today, have been trying much harder! curry and chips tonight though.

Feeling more motivated for the week ahead.

I'm being the pig from hell, didn't weigh yesterday for some reason, but will deffo report in on Friday, probably with bad news......

Have been a bit naughty at the weekend, ate quite a bit of chocolate. I'm going to try and be extra good this week. I did a great workout last night, must have burnt at least 800 calories. Planning to do 2 more workouts this week, I'm praying hoping for a good result on Friday.

Not doing too bad i don't think! Walked miles tonight. Had to waste an hour while DDs were at rainbows so took the dog for a walk. Hope to have lst a bit!
And have made enough money on ebay to buy a laptop screen so should be back online properly soon.

I should really make an effort and sell stuff on ebay, I've got loads of clutter lovely stuff around the house that I need to get rid of, maybe I'll start this week and make some spending money for our holiday this year.

just managed to scrape another 1 lb off somehow although that is after 11 days rather than 7.

now 12st 8 lb

I have struggled, WW is just so restricted

My sczles were not working properly this morning, at firsttey said over 13st! Then 12st 8 1/4 so not sure what i am today!

3lbs off this week Yahooooo, taking me to 12st 9lbs. Total loss so far is 6.5lbs.
Well done Tortoise & Furball on your weight loss, we are all going in the right direction, let's keep it up.

How is everyone doing this week?

I ate loads over the weekend, but have done some challenging workouts this week and have been very good since Monday, no alcohol since Saturday night which is good for me.

Oh well, weigh-in on Friday will soon be here, good luck girls.

I haven't been too bad, i don't think! Have taken the dog on a long walk the last 2 mornings.

I think i eat too much cheese, i have cheese wrap/sandwich basically every day.

Will weigh in friday too, assuming scales will work properly!

Well I weighed myself first thing this morning as usual and I'd stayed the same, then I weighed myself after a... how shall I say this... a number 2 and I'd lost one 1lb, so I'm going to say that I have lost a pound this week, even if it was down the pan!.

Hi ladies, [peeks head round door]

I can see that you guys have been doing this for a few weeks now, but I wondered if I could join you. I have the same (1st) milestone of Easter as we are also going on a Family Holiday.

I started following weight watchers online on Saturday and I've joined my local leisure centre.

When I weighed myself on Saturday, I was 14st 12.5 lbs

Really cross with myself for letting my weight get so out of hand.

I'd really appreciate the extra kick up the bum motivation from you ladies.
