Hey Pelvic, I'm here!

Well done you are doing well. I love a Quorn curry!
Love the B.O.S.B abbreviation too!

Gumps- Do you drink fruit juice and squash too...they are worth loads and I have had to cut out all except herbal tea and water. Also make sure you clear your exercise log for each day you don't exercise or you will end up with too many calories.

Anyway, just got back from my swim:

Bowl F&F with Skimmed milk and toast
Houmous and salad wrap, raspberry fat-free yoghurt, banana, peach
Half pack of spinach and ricotta tortellini.
4 cups pep tea

err, thats not much really, better go and eat some fruit and/or choc

RawChocolate · 03/09/2009 08:21

Keep going pelvic and don't be disheartened. Did you make your own falafel? Saw them make them on big cook little cook once, but have forgotten how they made them.

Well done Pat on losing half a stone - yey Pat Congrats to you too Lenni.

No exercise yesterday - does tidying the house count?!

B - Cereal
L - Garlice bread and tiny slice pizza & salad
T - Pie and veg

Gumps, gave up with FF. Unsurprsingly I dont have the will power to keep filling it in. No reason why it shouldn't work though. My mum has this thoery that weight loss has a delayed effect and maybe you'll lose more weight next week after having a good week this week IYSWIM.

PatTheHammer · 03/09/2009 21:13

Checking in, will put my food on tomorrow as too tired and off to bed. Caved in and had some Go Ahead slices this morning but otherwise been good. Having half a pizza with DH tomorrow we just couldn't hold out any longer and I promise I will have lashings of salad with it!!!!!

Rawchoc- cleaning and childcare all count as exercise on FF if you are still doing it!

Beauregard · 03/09/2009 21:14

Thanks both

Rawchoc-No i had the Caulron ones, not sure how to make them.

Breakfast-Toast with marmite

Lunch-B.O.S.B,one and a half sandwhiches of wensleydale and celery ,slim a soup

Skinny cow lolly

Took girls up the forest this morning for a walk

Beauregard · 03/09/2009 21:15

I am eating loads more than you all

RawChocolate · 06/09/2009 09:59

Keep going Pelvic, you seem to be eating mostly healthy stuff and you're doing lots of walking too.Not having a great week, chinese take away and short bread seem to have slipped in somehow!

Have had the same falafel for lunch with salad and blueberries and yogurt for breakfast, so thanks guys for your inspirational meals - it helps to keep motivated if you eat different things and you don't feel like you're missing out either.

Not looking forward to weigh in though...!

RawChocolate · 07/09/2009 07:21

Have put on a pound - noooooo! Am exercising loads and hardly eating, how can I put on weight?! At a bit of a loss as what else I can do. Any ideas?! Hope everyone else has done better....!

VeryHungryLennipillar · 07/09/2009 21:10

Noooo RawChoc, perhaps it is either menstrual related or you've gained muscle. Keep going, am sure you'll lose more than you expect next week.

Checking in - you are on my radar. Had a rubbish weekend as was away with relatives. Finding it really hard at the moment to keep up with my two DCs, really need to get fitter. It's so far from me to the gym/pool that only way I can get to aerobics or swimming would be to miss DS's last feed. I'm at a loss too.

PatTheHammer · 08/09/2009 19:06

Rawchoc- I'm guessing its muscle as you are doing so much exercise.

I weighed yesterday and have lost 10 pounds so far which is great but weight loss is slowing down (1.5 lbs this week).

Got to go swimming on friday as can't go weds this week as it clashes with DH's skittles night (yes he IS old before his time).

Lenni and Rawchoc.....What about a good exercise dvd?? Or Wii Fit or something you can do at home? Lenni can you go for a run with the dogs after DS is in bed or perhaps too dark now?

Anyway I must confess to 2 jaffa cakes today and a BGTY trifle last night, thought the cravings for sweet stuff would go away.

Also, bit worried about my stomach, as the weight comes off I can notice more and more that it sort of 'hangs' more to one side. there just seems more flesh to the left than the right. I was worried my about my stomach muscles after DS since he was such a quick delivery and I did used to get a deep pain for months after (like too many cruches when I hadn't done any). Anyway, when I tense I can feel my stomach muscles but there is a small gap (about 1 fingertip), could this cause my tummy to 'hang' weirdly? Hope this makes sense.

Pelvic, you still going????

oneopinionatedmother · 09/09/2009 20:31

weighed self. 11.5 stone.

had nasty suprise when i put on work pants only discarded in late pregnancy only to find they were tight.

today good - porridge

soup & bakewell tart.

fish, chips and onion rings (but small portions)
apple pie with small dollop of cream (weight loss never means no pudding)

2* hot chocolate at work.
2* tea at home.

total of one hour cycling to and from home, so should start to shift the lard.

also Baby has outgrown the cot in our bedroom and now goes to sleep in the kitchen, which means no after dinner snacks.

so will weigh again next week.

no doubt an hour or two on hold helps to stress off some weight too..

work is the only place it is possible to drink fewer than 10 cups of tea. unless i'm reallY trying to time waste

RawChocolate · 12/09/2009 07:49

hi Pat, just wanted to say - wahoo to you as you're doing so well!

Thanks for the suggestions and am hoping that some of me is now muscle!

Beauregard · 12/09/2009 19:50

Hello
Sorry i have neglected the thread a bit.
Well last weekend was rubbish food wise as we had family round for big long lunch and all sorts. But have been good this week and wait for it i havent even eaten any soya bites.Done 3 20 min sessions on the rebounder and walked 5 miles .
I am too scared to weigh myself as i am menstrual and if i havent lost i will just give up and end up eating which is what usually happens.

Pleased to see that you are all doing well especially Pat

PatTheHammer · 15/09/2009 21:52

Pelvic....a day with no soya bites!

Stayed the same weight wise this week but may have been an 'inch-loss' week as I now fit in another pair of jeans and a work skirt which was too tight so its still positive.

Finding it hard to control the carb cravings at work though.

Good to see everyone else still going, only 2 months left till my goal weight according to food focus we shall see........

RawChocolate · 18/09/2009 08:07

Well done Pat - it must feel good to be getting back into some of your old clothes! What weight are you aiming to be in two months time?

Was 11 st 3 on Monday, after last weeks disappointment, am pleased with that. I really want to thank all you guys for your support as without you I'd be half a stone heavier right now - so big thank you .

Have started swimming, but could do with any hints or tips Pat. Seem to be shattered after one length of crawl!

PatTheHammer · 20/09/2009 07:58

Hi rawchoc, sorry this had fallen off my threads!

I can only suggest doing breaststroke, which is what I do. Doesn't burn as many calories as crawl but I can keep going for about 50 mins with it withut being too knackered.

Well done for your weight!

I am 1 pound off losing a stone.

Bad weekend though, 2 glasses wine on friday and 3 last night at a wedding. Also the buffet was.....chips!
