Pat that sounds fine ,not sure i would have resisted the roasties.

Kids party this afternoon and i managed to avoid the food by helping out

So far today

2 Ciabattas(small ones ) with lettuce ,scrape of light mayo and wensleydale cheese,bag of soya bites.

2 plums

Just about to have
Baked potato and quorn lasagne

Now because I hadn't read Pats message when I left, I am sad to say I have just eaten the following

Sweet chilli shredded beef
Sweet ans sour chicken
Lemon chicken

1 salt and pepper rib
Handful of fen chicken.

Oopsy daisy!

disclaimer:the portions are small as it's an all you can eat. Yeah right.

Congrats Pat, really well done.

Am 11st 7lbs this morning - lost 3 lbs - am so chuffed after last weeks disappointment.

Have upped exercise, 2 mile bike ride and hour on stpper last night watching tv.

All you can eat - my fave 4 words! Sounds like you controlled yourself well newspaperdelivery.

I weighed in tody and have only put on a pound which with the week of indulgence in food and alcohol and nill exercise is unbelievable. So therefore I am offically not dieting! Joke but seriously I expected it to be far worse - possibly all the drunken walks home and dancing that helped?
Exercise is def what makes the difference for me and feel good as walked miles around a farm and been to the gym today. Dh off all week and commented today on how physical a job being a mother is. I knew he thought I sat on my arse mn all day ...

Gumps at the gym, still just over one week and I will get back into the swing of things in that department. Have also walked round a farm park today though so suppose that counts.

Todays list:

1 bowl muesli with ss milk
1 slice wholemeal toast and spread
2 glasses tropical juice
1 green tea and 2 pep teas
1 wholemeal roll with low fat philly and salad.
Lots of grapes, strawberries, pineapple
1 orange
Handful walnuts
Veg stir-fry with noodles and some crispy fake veggie bacon (or fakon as it is called in my house)...can you tell I'm clearing out the freezer in preparation for the move?

Nearly had some Quorn pieces I dug out but the BBD was 2005!

Well done pelvic and rawchoc. Raw, wish I had your motivation with the bike rides, by the time DS finished feeding though I just cannot be arsed in the slightest!

1 slice of toast with marmite

ww tomato and lentil soup with a small tomato ciabatta

Snacks 2 plums,bag of soya bites

2 medium baked potatoes with half a tin of beans and small amount of philedelphia light

Exercise-
Walked round country lanes with client again this afternoon for a an hour and a half

erm, fake bacony stuff from Tesco I think. Box has just gone out in the trash but I am prety sure! Have not bought any for an age though so it could have been really old, looked ok and BBD was alright so its fair game as far as I'm concerned

Hi all.

90kgs so no change really.

Can't complain!

Today

slice toast
small bowl of home made cottage pie [beef mince and sweet potato mash]

2 choc cookies - dairy free [biscuit size]
2 cups coffee
2 cups tea
pear
apple
chicken sandwich - dairy free
side salad of toms, grapes, carrot, celery.

Least I managed some vitamins today. But a bit heavy on the dairy with the 4 hot drinks Sorry dd2!!!!!!

this morning wearing the same :- top,underwear and cardi - 9st4.5

i have very tiny bowl of cereal
just a marmite sandwich for lunch, half a bag of crisps and a wispa and i dont snack paying off
