Just been trawling the online group, can't seem to find any info on new plan although website has ahd a meakeover since my last visit.

i can't wait to get all the gumf about the new plan this week.i think it souns fabo-i really miss having meat wit spuds! i know you can do it with he b choices but it's noththe same.
i am back on track with a vengance from tomorrow after my awful 'seeing myself on video' experience this christmas

Well the day is here! Anyone else starting today feel it's come round very fast? Except the school part. Woo Hoo

1 weetabix with semi milk and sweetner and a cuppa cha consumed already. Still have another weetabix if I want it but may have it mid morning. Did some menu planning and a shopping list in between chatting here last night so off to shop soon.

Started here too. Had 2 cups of tea before school run and then had to take my car in for service. Came back and had a bowl of muesli and another cuppa.

Home made veg soup planned for lunch.

Am also going to sit down and decide what is on the menu for the week and do my shopping list.

Know I need to drink water too but am freezing so will have lemon and ginger tea instead.

Weighed myself and am a disgusting 105.5 kilos. Initial target is to get to 100kg.

Started here too (again) 1/2 cup tea, 2 glasses water and bacon, egg and mushrooms. Yum. SW chicken casserole in slow cooker for dinner (Jan 07 mag I think. Funny I have all the Jan/Feb ones apart from last years too - I tried RC last year. didn't work). Tuna salad for lunch.

Just had a tuna salad for lunch - tuna, cucumber, celery, yellow pepper, kidney beans and low fat mayo.

Was planning a green day but then DH decided he wants meat for dinner and I realised I had had tuna for lunch so I am having a red day! Had muesli for b'fast though - will that bugger things up?

Having a chicken curry tonight - SW recipe - I assume I shouldn't have rice with it?

will your kidney beans be a HEB too? sadly no rice with your curry (why isn't rice a HEB on red?) unless you syn it...

tmmj - Using old magazines and stuff I printed off tinternet when I was registered with SW a couple of years ago. I never really 'got' it though as you can see!!!

What's mix to max?

Sorry tmmj - had to go do school run etc!

No to measuring anything!

Went to a friends house after school and was very restrained. Had a finger of banana cake to taste (my cleaner had made it and it looked much nicer than the ones she usually does! - and it was!) and I had two sausages (locally made and low fat!).

Came home and made a SW chicken curry - no rice. About to have a lemon and ginger tea.

Will join up and have a proper look tmmj - I promise! As I said I didn't 'get' it the last time i did it but I will have you to ask now!

Snowing here too MmeJ - but prob more usual than where you are.

Special duck fried rice from the October 2006 mag, speedy prawn curry from the curry secrets freebie, and my all time favourite egg and SW chips!
Think I've put on about 4lbs over Christmas, going Wednesday to find out the damage... hadn't realised they were doing a new plan, looking forward to seeing it!

Hi ladies, good day for me, had 1 weetabix for breakie with SS milk, BLT for lunch on two slices of wholemeal and had chicken and pepper marinated kebabs with a green salad and 1 hard boiled egg for dinner. Still have an A choice and a weetabix free and 10 syns if I feel like a nibble later.

Just attempted to go to Aerobics, made the 15km trip in the snow to find I was the only idiot one brave enough to attempt it, other than the instructor. Hmmmph she didn't even offer me a personal training session! She stuck a note on the door canceling all classes this evening. Made it home only skidding into the kerb once, I tell ya, a bit of snow and rural France is at a standstill. To top it all I bet they close school tomorow.

Bet life carries on as normal for you Buda snow or shine.

I'm going to try to get food optimising for a few weeks back under my belt before I mix & match. The idea is great and I expect really usefull for going out and busy days BUT I'm worried that it will allow me to slip back into old habits before I've got my head into gear. IYKWIM?

Rejoined today - had a shock with weight gain

Want to lose 17lb - set myself an objective of mid-March to reach target (again).

I could kick myself, I was at target and kept it off for ages. Then started a new job and piled on the lb's.

So, time to get it back together and lose it again (and keep it off this time......)

Buda, starving is not good, come on, you know you should never need to go hungry with SW. I find I eat more when doing Sw than not. Eat more today to keep those bored hungry evening feelings away.

drzeus, target is a mere dream for me at the moment, it's been 4 yrs since I was there Good luck, maintaining is hard though, you feel like you need to relax once you've hit target and of course you can't really. We will change our lives and the world

Whats for breakfast?.......

and lunch & dinner?

What is the new plan? DS poorly so not able to get to class for a couple of weeks but am curious. Am I right in thinking that you can have your free foods regardless of whether they are red or green, 5-15 syns per day but only one healthy extra form A and B instead of 2. Thank you
