⭐️ OPEN TO ALL ⭐️

Following on from ⭐️LOSE IT! Revive & Thrive January 2025⭐️

WOW January passed in a heartbeat! Let’s keep the momentum going ladies!

To reach optimum health and vitality (as well as a slim bod) we need to focus not only on our food intake; but movement, our mental health and sleep quality too!

Who doesn’t want to feel good and energetic as well looking great!
Get on board to reset & refresh and become a healthier version of yourself.

These threads are for those who’d like to lose weight and those who wish to maintain whilst eating a healthy varied diet.

As no one size fits all, members need to follow their own way of eating. This thread aims to offer guidance, support and a bit of hand holding.

We generally have WOW (weigh on Wednesday) day each week. However post and share your progress as often or as little as you prefer. Do what works for you.

The important thing is not to think of it as a diet (based on deprivation and unsustainable) but more a way of life (sustainable & enjoyable).

I calorie count based on a lower carb Mediterranean diet. I intermittent fast and eat twice a day. Im a long time healthy eater and overall I’ve lost over 3 stone. After having been on the wrong side of 12st Im now hovering around 9st 2lbs.

Are you in😊 What food plan will you be following? What do you want to change and why?

Another 2lbs off for me this week!

SW: 12st 4.2lbs (1st Feb)
CW: 11st 12.4lbs
TW: 11st (for now)

I'm surprised to see a loss this week however delighted. My fasting went to pot this week as I had stuff on - including my ward winning nursing team of the year at an awards ceremony - I'm so so delighted that you all must also know 😂
So of course that had to be celebrated!

Back on track, and hope for another 1-2lb off next week 🤞🏼

Congratulations on your loss as well as your Work Award! You deserve to be proud & celebrated 🥳🥳🥳

Thank you everyone for the lovely comments ❤️xx

I've lost 2.5lb this week!

SW 13st 13
CW 13st
GW 11s 8

I'm so thrilled with how this is going and my determination. Well done everyone for another week whether it's a loss, gain or maintain. The fact we're all still here posting is great

Apologies @socks1107 I missed your post. Congratulations on your loss! 🥳👍👏

SW: 90.7kg
CW: 84.4kg

More realistic loss this week! Happy with the direction.

IDareSay · 19/02/2025 10:58

SW: 72.5 kg beginning January (I was as high as 74.9kg last year!)
GW1: 70 kg end January (achieved and reset to 69kg)
CW: 68.3kg (4.2 kg lost) 19th Feb
GW2: 65 kg end March (in time for weekend away)
GW3: 60kg end June

Back down to my lowest this week but February looking to be Flatline February at this point! The scale did dip slightly lower but settled on 68.3kg so fingers crossed I am now heading back down again, just really need to put the effort in (and tell DH to stop baking bread!)

Still think my end March target of 65kg, losing 3.3kg in the next 5 weeks is doable but I will be happy to just get into the 67's really.

Ethiopianflower · 19/02/2025 11:06

Congratulations on the award @jane46b thats a fantastic achievement. Well done everyone with your journeys. Consistency is key - we will all have some weeks where it all goes to pot and we just need to keep going.

this week I am down 2.5lbs - delighted with that .
SW: 12st
CW: 10.9
GW: 10st
hope the next week is kind to you all

And well done on your loss, you're smashing it!

FaeryQueen · 19/02/2025 11:43

Well done everyone.

Only half pound off here but I'm down to the 10st 6lb range for the first time so I'll take that.

Kale and lentil soup in the pan for lunch.

Puffalicious · 19/02/2025 17:22

Hey all,

Not been around much, but been reading all your posts. OH has been away working Mon-Thur these past almost 5 weeks & it's wild how much time I just don't have when it's just me doing everything!

Surprising loss this week of 2lbs. I've not been counting cals & definitely veered off the path, so pleasantly surprised.

SW 14st 2lb
CW 13st 6lb
TW 11st 7lb (as a starter)

10lb feels significant & 2 people have now said they can see a bit of a difference. Put jeans on today I couldn't get into before, so that's positive.

I'm trying to be really good this week as was out Sat night & definitely ate too much 😫.

Keeping up the 45 min fast walking daily, which I really like as a new normal.

Well done to everyone this week, whether losses, gains or STS, the important thing is we're trying. ❤️

LBB2020 · 19/02/2025 19:58

You’re all doing amazing, well done!
Slightly over on calories today but nothing too bad. Steps were poor as WFH and was glued to my desk all day. Off tomorrow for the rest of the week so should get some steps in running around after the children!

Newname2308 · 20/02/2025 08:26

Forgot to weigh yesterday!
WoThursday 65.1kg
TW 60kg

Crawling downwards, I really need to get into the 64s for next WOW 🤞

Goodafternoonmillie · 20/02/2025 14:04

Well done everyone!! I haven’t weighed or done any exercise last few days - this lurgy has taken me out!! Hopefully back on it all tomorrow!

TealSloth · 20/02/2025 22:10

Knowing it's half term still managed to get my work out done this week. Working hard to keep my pounds off. Hoping to see some changes over next few days.

AnonymousMum37 · 21/02/2025 07:16

I'm getting so frustrated. My weight is fluctuating so much! I was down to 164.6 a week ago. Then yesterday I was 163.6 - finally in my healthy BMI!! Then I stupidly stepped on again this morning just as a boost really and it says 165.4! 😢 Arghhhhh

LBB2020 · 21/02/2025 08:26

Morning, happy Friday! I’m down 0.75lbs today (which is what I put on last week!) so am 11st exactly. Really hoping to be under 11st by the end of Feb

TealSloth · 21/02/2025 08:47

That's what happens to me but don't give up keep to your routine and you will see a difference.

Am hoping to be under 14 this week. Still at my usual workout and steady calorie intake. Hopefully we will see the results.

TheRealHousewife · 21/02/2025 09:09

Happy Friday!

I had a great week; been on point, portioned controlled my meals, drank plenty of water and moved (in a fashion 😆) most days. Feeling somewhat less fluffy and generally a bit more refreshed.

Thankyou hopefully when kids go back to school on Monday il be back in gym.

Jaderz · 21/02/2025 09:50

I am completely off my intended track but it’s due to illness and not moving as much so I am reducing my calories until I am back at being a bit more active. I’m not gaining but I’m not losing so at my lower activity levels my BMR must be 1700 a day which I’ve been consuming. Stepping it down to 1500 until I’m back on my feet then will put it back up a bit

Hi @Jaderz Sorry to read you’re ill 🤒. Im well meaning and not telling you what you should do but if your appetite is still there I’d focus on nutritious food to help you body & mind recover, rather than cutting calories ❤️

It’s ok I am very busy at work, just had a gross cold so food tastes crap. I’m mostly just too tired to exercise need to get some rest but appetite wise I am fine, I do not need the extra biscuits 😂 and also I am trying to make sure I get plenty of fibre to help with my constipation. Making sure I am eating nutritional whole foods rather than processed crap. The 1500 calories are good volume foods with plenty of protein so this is good, what I was doing was falling back into cobbling together quick snacks rather than fresh foods so gone back to that and not feeling too hungry.

TheRealHousewife · 21/02/2025 12:32

Sounds like you're very sensible @Jaderz 👍😅
