weight loss is slowing down now, I think I’ve been eating more and have had to eat out for the work trips too. Still, nearly at the normal bmi category so that’s good.

@Fibrous half a kg is great especially if you are out of your routine and eating out a bit.

I haven’t lost this week - another plateau. V annoying as have been exercising and in deficit all week. Lost the weekend weight I added, but no more. On my period so that may have something to do with it I feel like a have a more bloated and rounded belly.

No loss for me this week despite Fast 800 Keto Monday-Friday. My body refuses to lose when I drink and eat carbs at the weekend. Got friends round tomorrow for dinner and drinks so probably another no loss week next week too 🤔
Steps are going up tho and starting back with body weight exercises this weekend, hopefully back at gym next week so at least I'll start getting some strength back 💪

@HorrorFan81 sounds so similar to me. I’m out tonight for dinner and drinks so that and the fact I don’t like being strict at weekends might seal my fate for next week too! Don’t want to replace my Saturday morning bacon and poached egg roll with yet more bloody porridge! Huff.

First post from me, but I've been reading this thread avidly.
Gutted I have lost no weight though I yo yo between losing / putting on 1 or 2 pounds.

I always do intermittent fasting plus low carb (hate most carbs so it's easy for me) and always in a a calorie deficit.

I lost a lot of weight 5 years ago but now it's not working. Desperate to drop 1/2 a stone?!

It's so annoying because I track at the weekend even when I'm off plan and I am DEFINITELY still in a good calorie deficit over the week but my body is like...no

My weigh in is still on a Monday but was out last night for a meal and out tonight so not hopeful this week. Did eat at Pho last night which is quite calorie friendly but off to an Indian restaurant tonight. Will try and be as good as I can! Will eat like a rabbit Saturday/Sunday to try and level out.

After yesterdays binge and the headache it gave me I'm back on it today.
Gym later, good food all day and will stick to my calories!

Weight plateaued last week due to a weekend away etc but I reckon I stuck loosely to maintenance calories.

Had a careful weekend and Im down a lb from last week.
Starting weight 3 Jan 10st 0lbs 0oz
Today 9st 11lbs 6oz
Really pleased with that as on my 5'3 frame half a stone makes a difference.

Some good results for some, nice one.

Managed to not gain 3lbs over the weekend for the first time in weeks 😅.
That was with a boozy Friday night and dinner out. Think I was roughly at maintenance calories at the weekend, despite a (homemade) curry on Saturday and roast chicken dinner with extra potatoes yesterday. Back to the tracking…

I'm down 2.4 pounds from last week, despite my binge on Saturday!
Ready for the new week. I ordered some new trousers today in a smaller size, I should fit them by summer which is when I want to wear them

I'm now down to exactly 11 stone! Which makes me half a stone from my goal weight, so hopefully I'll get there in the next few weeks. Today I didn't go to pilates so decided to go for a 5k run - I absolutely loved it, but then also had a gym class to go to afterwards! My legs are now so worn out I don't know how I'm going to make it up the stairs to put my parrots to bed. I am impressed that I managed to do it though, and it just demonstrates how much fitter I'm getting. There's no way I would have done that a few months ago.

@HorrorFan81 when you eat carbs, your body stores more water. So if you're eating more carbs at the weekend than you normally do your body will store more water at the weekend, and then will take a few days for it all to pass through. So you're probably still losing fat but the extra water is just hiding it!

I am a day late in posting as I was not at home yesterday, we had been away at the weekend.

Another 1lb loss for me, so slow and steady!

SW - 12st 0lbs
LW - 11st 8lbs
CW - 11st 7lbs

Total loss HALF a stone 🙌

Sounds so much better than 7lbs!

Need to keep going now, parents have a big wedding anniversary party coming up in 7 weeks. It would be great to have lost another 7lbs!

Well done to those that lost weight! Everyone is doing so well.

I weighed in at exactly the same weight as last week. 11st 54lbs yesterday. However, I have eaten out 3 nights this week as it’s been busy socially so could have been worse. Other than that I’ve been fairly good diet wise, although I’ve felt a bit shaky/tired due to my low blood pressure this week. BP was 92/56 this morning so might have to be a bit careful on restricting calories too much this week. Don’t want to faint!

I’m happy to as I’ve still got over a stone to lose!! It’s been quite motivating and I’ve managed to get from 12.3 stone to 11.36 stone so far (think a good deal of the weight loss was bloating/fluid initially though).

Yes please! I've stalled again after another weekend off but got 3 weeks now with no weekend drinking so hoping to get another 6lbs off by mid March. Going to Paris for work at that point so will be tricky to stay on plan for those 5 days but will do as best I can
