This is going to be great, I'm going to try to do some home workouts over the next 2weeks as my children are off school so although I can try to go for walks which I will it's more like a short stroll Grin litte feet. Iv just placed a order for asda and got lots of healthy options on there.

Yes! I did very well Jan-Feb but March was awful and I've fallen off the wagon. I have a LOT to lose! Reporting in.

I'm in if that's ok please
3 stone at least to lose , comfort eating central ... did low carb boot camp but fell off when it ended
I walk my dogs three times a day so should be slimmer but I like the crap
And I eat all the crap too🙈🤣
I'll start Monday morning though because I've got the peaky blinders finale tomorrow night and brought a large bag of popcorn for it

Daily posting is a great idea. The small wins are what will keep me on track, even if it’s not picking the kids left overs or making a proper lunch rather than grabbing crisps etc

I'm in, heaviest I've ever been. Combination of menopause, fibromyalgia, work, university and general home life has got me focused on everything except myself. When I do get free time I'm to tired to do anything good for myself. I need to loose at least 4st and would appreciate some support along the way

Me please! Holidays in 3 months and really need to lose a stone. I am sporadically good with my food and exercise but prone to chocolate binges, sugar cold turkey is the only way for me to lose weight as I eat way too much of it and crave it all the time if I eat any. Did some batch cooking today and entered in my food plan to MFP for the next few days so feel I have a head start on it! 💪

I’d love to lose 3 stone but I have no idea how.
I love crisps and chocolate and salty foods.

I can’t eat much fibre as it clashes with some meds I’m on.

I loathe meat. I can only face egg if heavily disguised eg shedloads of salad cream or curry sauce on hard boiled.

I can’t exercise at all. Really can’t. I love walking and running but have severe nerve damage and now can barely hobble.

My husband buys loads of biscuits and chocolate. He’s very active and burns it off.
I’m at home all day with temptation.

When I don’t eat I go dizzy and feel faint. I can’t seem to get around that.

So if anyone has any magical ideas…?

@Marcipex what about protein powder? Added to a smoothie? I make one with: almond milk, handful of raw kale, scoop of whey protein (vanilla), frozen mango and frozen strawberries. It’s so nice, can’t taste any kale at all! A litre or so of that, slowly sipped over an over or so, kills all snack cravings for a couple of hours and makes me feel full.

I'm in! I need to lose 2-3 stone. I lost 6lb in Jan, but put it back on (and more) in Feb/Mar. I've been so busy at work, and had Covid which didn't help, but things are calming down now so I need to stop using that as an excuse.

My plan is to cut out crisps, chocolate, cake, biscuits and bread. If I can do that, I reckon I won't need to count calories.

Eat what you like better instead

And literally everyone loves salty/fatty/sweet food, it is bloody hard to wean yourself of these things.... my downfall is crisps and dips... Or anything with mayo (I can eat straight mayo Shock)

Would you mind telling me what brand you buy?
I was looking in Tesco last week but I was totally confused by the choice.
I liked the idea of protein bars but they all seem to have laxatives in them. So that was an unfortunate experiment.

I'll join in please. I've been losing the same three kilos over and over again since I finished menopause. I just want to get back into my 'normal' clothes. I need to start exercising and cut out the carbs and chocolate

Achievement of this evening - herbal tea on the couch instead of wine and I didn't eat anything after dinner so stayed in my 8/16 window for the day. Light off in a few mins so I can be up before 8.30 and get the dog out for a hilly walk.

Oh, I have about 7 too…but I can only ever lose 2 or 3 and then I’m right back where I started!!! This has been going on for a few years now. This time I’m going to do it :)

My plan today is to keep myself busy to avoid mindless scoffing.

I will be painting the garden fence, I really don't fancy doing it but it needs doing.

I did an online food shop last night as I can't be trusted to visit the supermarket, it's especially bad for me because of all the Easter eggs at the moment.
