Here is the new thread for tomorrow.

I am taking my starting weight as the weight as yesterday's weight, 9st1.75, same as beginning of February. Its been a bit of a tricky month for various reasons, so hoping to do a bit better in March.

9st2.25 here this morning, steps not as good yesterday, just under 10,000

Morning! No Wednesday weigh in for me today as tomorrow is month end so I'm "saving" it for then.

Slightly higher calorie day yesterday - 1788. So less than maintenance but more than my loss amount. Was just really hungry yesterday!

Weight is the same as yesterday.

My nutrition is awful at the minute. Yesterday I ate 2 school size packets of crisps, a pepperami and a bowl of prawns

Covid queen checking in. Unlike normal people I have lost no weight while ill - not being able to taste or smell has made me ravenous. 10/7 this morning. Day 12 of Covid and very bored now. Hope everyone is okay.

Ending the month on..... 9st 9.8lb!
Started March on 9st 12.4lb so 2.6lb loss. Am v pleased.

Goal for April is a 2lb loss. Small goal due to the fact of school holidays as I find being out of routine v hard and that always makes me eat!

@Judystilldreamsofhorses hope you start feeling better soon. @QueenMabby massive well done on your loss.

Was 9st2 this morning, so 0.25 up. Hoping to turn this round in April. Had an exciting day today as went to record my voice reel. Hopefully it will get me some work.
