Weighed in at 8st12.5 this morning, 0.25 down from the beginning of August. No specific aim for me other than to eat a bit more healthily cause I've had a wierd lurgy the last few days, not covid have tested several times. Love September cause it always feels like a new beginning.

@NutellaEllaElla it wasn't too bad. I probably shouldn't have had all those rostis, but they filled me up heaps. Wasn't even hungry when I woke up this morning

I did pretty well today. I didn't forget my lunch at work. It's only 4pm, but I think today will stay good. I'll get up and exercise soon. Still recovering from work!

Today was ok here. I went less than 200 cals over target but still in a deficit and I did walk 10 miles so am fine with that. Amazing to be able to have a Krispy Kreme and still lose weight.

Morning all. Great loss @listentomydeclaration.

I had a great trip away, and didn't go too crazy food wise. I still kept it under 12st over the weekend. We went out for dinner last night for one of my DCs birthday, so back to 12st 0.5 this morning, but it is merely a blip. And I don't have any more eating out planned for now. So back on it and into the gym.

8st11.5 this morning, haven't been doing that well with food though so think it will probably go up. Will try and do a longish dog walk later.

I’ve not eaten that well the past couple of days Blush We’re out of isolation now and DS1 started his new preschool today which went really well! DS2 was an absolute rotter last night so caffeine and sugar/chocolate kept me going today!

Morning all, hope you're doing well. We had a camping weekend away, and I'm happy to say I actually stayed within my calorie count. It took a bit of pre planning, but I didn't feel deprived and managed to have some nice treats and a few drinks. I'm feeling less bloated than last week. Will weigh on Friday. Have a good day.

Yeah no walking for me today. Shit weather. I feel slightly bad but i'm having a work lunch with a friend and managed to convince them to swerve eating out as I already have my lunch sorted. It'll help me calories wise but maybe not as nice. But it is a weekday.

I forgot to weigh before drinking coffee and water.

Had a good calorie burn day yesterday running around school and think calories were ok despite eating crap, just not much of it. Could do with managing some proper nutrition!

I’m pre-period so may just see where I’m at once that’s out of the way.

Non work day today and only out of house errand is to pick up meds from the chemist which isn’t far so will try and kick my own butt to get on the treadmill.

Oops I’ve eaten a share bag of muchos (McCoy’s take on Doritos)! Very lush DO NOT BUY!

That counts as breakfast and lunch so the 500cals not really a problem but nutrition not good.

If I was rich I would definitely employ a cook.

I'm down another 400g today. I haven't had a bad day food wise today. I was working so planned on having soup for dinner at work, but DP made spaghetti spaghetti left some out for me so I had that instead. I was only at 850 calories before dinner, so it's probably a good thing I had a fairly heavy dinner.
I got on my exercise bike. I'm definitely going to need to get a cushion for the seat, I have vulvodynia and after five minutes was hurting a bit Confused

Yeah well done, I wouldn't manage that.

I think i've done ok. I went to my parents for dinner so impossible to accurately calorie count but I guesstimated and think i've come within 80 cals of my target today. Feeling super anxious this evening though. I need covid vaccination certificates to come through the post before Friday next week. I hope to god they come soon. I can't access the codes via the damn app. Not the Apps fault, but my GP for not signing up to it.

Hope you managed to put it out of mind and chill and manage a good night's sleep Nutella. Logically stressing has no effect on what is going to happen but it's hard to convince your head of that.

Yes I counted the Muchos as breakfast and lunch but that's not really a big deal for me as I don't generally eat either. I tend to have dinner and late night snack as my 'meals' - it's very rare for me to feel hungry before late afternoon.

I am going to try to remember to get on the scales before downing pints of water and coffee tomorrow. Have a feeling I won't like what I see but can hang onto the 'my period is due' straw.

@NutellaEllaElla hope your certificates arrive today. @TheHoneyBadger know what you mean about wishing you could employ a cook,. TBH though if money wasn't a factor and if I didn't have to think about my weight, I would live off various take aways. I hate meal planning and the whole laboriousness of it, especially when everyone eats different things.

8st11.75 this morning. Got some work related stress going on at the moment

Thanks guys, everything's worse when your tired! Feeling better now, helped by being 2lbs lighter this morning. One week to go before holiday so I'm hoping for another lb which would take me back to me weight pre the last holiday 🙄

Morning everyone, I am still holding onto the small weight gain from the weekend. Still 12st 0.5. We did have an early birthday dinner for the middle child, and I made cake obviously. But there are now no more birthdays or nights out planned for the forseeable. So onwards with the diet, and hope to see 11 again soon.

I forgot to weigh again. Think I may be avoiding those scales. Have had a few good calorie burn days but feeling quite bloated/premenstrual. Scared of what scales will say.

I know that feeling all too well! Does no harm to wait until you're feeling more confident IMO
