Weighed in at 13st 7 this morning Sad

Signed up for Noom who promised me after various questions target by October

Then signed up for a 7 day slimming world plan

Can you tell I just want results?

Wore a top last night that I last wore in December, there was lace detail in the sleeves, it was hurting me by end of the night so I've put on weight all over including my arms.

Baby steps - water & exercise & portion control

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/04/2021 17:33

Well done on owning it happier and doing something about it

17000 steps, calories will be hit but not macros as apparently ice cream is not that nutritional good

Happierwithouthim · 25/04/2021 17:38

Thanks life I've known it for weeks now but been thinking deal with it when I move but I can't keep putting it off.

Happierwithouthim · 25/04/2021 17:40

These are the graphs

Happierwithouthim · 25/04/2021 17:40

Pics not posting but 24kgs off by mid Oct

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/04/2021 18:27

That's a decent target to aim for.
Still no move date?

I have 106 calories and fancy something sweet. My average protein is smashed so. Don't need to get the last 6g today

Happierwithouthim · 25/04/2021 18:48

I think it's a bit unrealistic to be honest.

That's a good days work on mfp life are you finding it good?

No contracts signed yet Sad

Happierwithouthim · 25/04/2021 19:01

Filled in diary for Noom it's 1200 cals I can't see myself surviving on that

Mrsmadevans · 25/04/2021 19:21

Happier It is 2 lbs a week on average Good lovely Smile
lifelongfrugaleer · 25/04/2021 19:26

I thought 1450 would be torture but it's the longest I've gone on plan for a year.
Noom gave me 1200. Wonder if it's just the one they do. I messaged to change it but got some waffle based no back.

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/04/2021 19:27

2 stone in 6 months, nah not u realistic if you are back in the zone you can do it
It's aspirational

Not2bObvious · 25/04/2021 19:53

Good on you happier for facing up to it, it's utterly shite when you get to a fear number and you feel you'll do anything to get shot of it. 13.7 was my highest pre-pregnancy and it smothered me, so I get how you feel. It would be amazing to drop 2lb a week on average, but is it liveable? Honestly I could not do 1200, just couldn't. I haven't heard great things about Noom but look, if it works great. At the end of the day, you're the one doing it. The success of any program is the persons adherence to it. I'd lose weight if I could be disciplined enough to stick to 1800 daily - I'm just maintaining between 11.8-11.11 for bloody months now cause I'm averaging 2000-2200 over the week.
I reckon 1500-1600 tracked 100%/30 mins brisk walk a day/2 litres of water would give you great results. Tackle it pound by pound.

Great advice Not Smile
lifelongfrugaleer · 26/04/2021 06:43

I opened lots of cake recipes last night. I have closed them this morning.

Marginal rise but not enough to drink as out all weekend.

Not2bObvious · 26/04/2021 08:42

Haven't bothered weighing this morning, not 100% deliberate, was up for early steps then doing school run, then back for breakfast. I wasn't planning on recording today's anyway, I had pizza for dinner yesterday so you can imagine the bloat. I just focussing on steps/water/nutrition for the next few days. Scales will be waiting to judge me when I'm ready

Sounds like a good plan not.

Not2bObvious · 26/04/2021 11:05

Ah yeah, usual Monday trying to get back on track. I've 9,500 steps done so that's good. Had a decent breakfast but am feeling a bit peckish, hot drink time!

Morning everyone 😀
Off to Redditch to see my niece and her little ones today 🤗
I will probably be good because we have no plans to eat and drink. And will not be back till 8 ish .
I think we will need to have something though 😉
*Not

Mrsmadevans · 26/04/2021 11:25

Sent it too early 😜
Not you are doing so well it's really hard maintaining and even harder to lose the last couple of pounds 🤗

Not2bObvious · 26/04/2021 13:01

It's more like lose that last couple of stone in my case mrs, but it's proving very bloody hard to lose a couple of pounds😂
Hitting protein nicely today

10000 steps. Macros hit and have 108 left

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/04/2021 19:24

Mini gingerbread men took care of calories.

Not2bObvious · 26/04/2021 19:35

Around 10,600 steps, 1750 cals - so there won't be much of a deficit. I ate a lot today as was very hungry but at least I kept under the 1800.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/04/2021 19:44

Still not a bad day not
