lifelongfrugaleer · 30/04/2021 20:56

118 over. Had a yoghurt and didn't have all of the milk I tracked. Bloody cake eating into my calories

Not2bObvious · 30/04/2021 20:56

If you're hungry, eat something decent and filling life, put it on a plate and savour it. Don't waste your time with junk, real hunger deserves real food. And after that have something treaty. You've been close to 2 weeks on a significant calorie deficit, this is expected, especially as I think you underestimate how active you are so your calories are very low. Be nice to youThanks

Too late posting, sounds like you fixed it, good for you 💪

Thank not. Better after a yog and a brew.
11k steps. Tomorrow will not be good as no time for aerobic in the morning.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/05/2021 07:14

Spike on the scales today, not enough water yesterday and topped up on carbs. No tracking today as no say over food. And doubt i will stick to 1500. No steps as no time for aerobics.
It's one day

Not2bObvious · 01/05/2021 08:00

Spike here too as the usual Friday but down .8 on last Saturday, progress of sorts maybe. Out for a long walk this morning to a seaside town so that's exciting.
Enjoy your day life, you've plenty of room to relax a bit after your great week

life great steps though!

My steps and activity and food have been honestly shite since we were in Dorset. I’ve just booked into spin class today and tomorrow and need to work out how to fit it into my days during the week too, I think it may have to be the dreaded 6am class on Mon-Thurs as I know I’ll be too knackered when I get in from work.
I also need to work out a way of increasing my steps, when I was WFH I was getting little walks in during the day but that’s not so easy now I’m back at work.
And I need to stop having wine almost every day Blush

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/05/2021 18:06

I've recorded 2000 steps as moved Garmin to ankle while baking. Chinese for dinner lots of nice food especially bread today

Not2bObvious · 01/05/2021 19:14

Chinese here too, be bloated as anything tomorrow

Not unexpected spike in sales. Probably 800 over yesterday.
Lots of water today

Mrsmadevans · 02/05/2021 07:47

Morning everyone 😅
Was not a good day yesterday, it is like a rollercoaster her atm.
Hope everyone is ok , it is lovely getting out and about though ☺️
We went shopping yesterday l bought some control pants for me 😅 well needed l can assure you . They are so tight l need to put talc inside to get them on. 🤣
Have a great Sunday Everyone ☺️

Not2bObvious · 02/05/2021 09:37

Haven't bothered to weigh, no interest in seeing a hugely inflated number that will only upset me. Toying with the idea of a body pump session later this morning, but for now tea and 600lb life (a glance at my future if I keep my bad behaviour up!)

First walk in two weeks, not loving it!
-0.25 this week according to happy scale so maintenance week really.

Good news on house on fri paperwork is coming together so hopefully been moving in next fortnight Grin

Not small slow cooker only works on high so only useful if I'm there, thinks it's a litre capacity Grin

Mrsmad think I'll need those control pants soon, my belly is over top of all my clothes Blush

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/05/2021 11:20

I've found my new protein powder. Can fully come out of that group now
Aerobics done currently on 7800 steps but that might be it for today

Not2bObvious · 02/05/2021 13:55

Body pump for around 50 mins, then 35 min jog/15 min walk. Not far off my 9,000 and plan on taking it nice & handy the rest of the day. Eating in check so far

Eating my feelings today so not good. 12100 steps thought

Not2bObvious · 02/05/2021 17:51

Thanks for you life, sometimes saying it out loud makes it better, like the acknowledgment is what you need to switch out of the mood.
