Any doing Exante?

Hi.

Just wondering if anyone is doing Exante (or anything similar) currently. I have a few VLCD sachets in my kitchen cupboard and have ordered some bars. I’ll be starting Monday. Anyone else?

My starting weight is 18stone so I have to lose literally half my weight .

I'm going to try and stay away from the scales and weigh every Monday morning lol (easier said that done 😂)

😆😆 I guarantee it won't happen. Well done on your loss from one day though, it's amazing how quick it comes off. I've just had my delivery from exante for the soups and meals I ordered yesterday, I'll be trying them out today so I can use 4 products a day.

The soups are better if you add more water than they say and add herbs/spices.

Iv stuck to it 100%. Dh was also on exante but moved to Keto two days ago, so is enjoying eating steak covered in blue cheese lol.

I just had the blueberry pancakes with zero sugar free chocolate sauce 😋😋😋

Second day is going really well, I had a banana shake for breakfast, the pasta ham and mushroom soup for lunch and for dinner had the pasta carbonara, leaving me with a shake to have later this evening. I've drank lots of water today to keep me full, so far it's working a treat, not feeling hungry or wanting treats.

I've had a bar, a shake and a pancake. I've had plenty of green tea and water too. Today hasn't been bad either.

I'll have to get some of them on my next order.. Hoping the next few days won't be too bad, like you said day 3 and 4 are the hardest.

"Exante 800 food packs only support group" is the one most active on my feed.

I just put exante in the search bar and joined a few.

Thankyou, I think I'm going to order. I've done slim fast this week. 2 shakes and a 400 cal meal. Lost 4lb but I think it's too carb heavy.

It's saying on the subscription that they will dispatch when they get stock! No idea of date!!

Hopefully won't be long. I ordered mine yesterday and was delivered today, I didn't do a subscription for it though.

I heard slimfast were bringing out a keto range. Which would be good as you can buy that everywhere.

Superdrug stocked a bit of exante before I left the uk if anyone is ever caught short.
