Hi.

Just wondering if anyone is doing Exante (or anything similar) currently. I have a few VLCD sachets in my kitchen cupboard and have ordered some bars. I’ll be starting Monday. Anyone else?

My starting weight is 18stone so I have to lose literally half my weight Blush.

B&M have slimfast meal replacement bars too, which are great if you can't get Exante.

I do notice my clothes are fitting more comfortably now, but not enough to get into a pair of jeans yet!

Hi all, just checking in. Hope everyone is doing ok. I managed to lose the 2lbs I put on on holiday, so back to my pre-holiday weight and hoping for another 2lbs off this week.

Had an order delivered yesterday which included some pizza and fajita mix… slightly nervous of them!

Has anyone seen the new one pot meals? Thai chicken and spag Bol?

Hi all, been lurking on this thread so thought I’d finally add to it!

Started about 2 months ago and currently 7kg down, however I haven’t always stuck to plan and have maintained a lot of weeks.

I find it I go even a tiny bit off plan I can jump up 1-2kg, though lose that again fairly quickly.

Anyway, I have another 10kg to go which I’m hoping will be a little faster than current rate, I just need to avoid socialising!

Haven’t weighed in for a bit , but I’m another 3lb down . 17lb altogether . The best bit was dh came back from working away & said he could notice a difference !
Another stone and a half to go 💪🏻
I no longer feel like I’m on a diet and have got a nice routine .going. Still can’t get the Bloody pancakes to cook right though 🙄

I had a caramel bar for breakfast and a choc pudding for lunch. Seem to be craving chocolate! Feels a bit strange but all good I guess. We're going out for dinner tonight so that will be it for the day as having dinner there.

I struggle with making the pancakes with no oil. Might get one of those 1 cal oil sprays perhaps as they stick to the pan

I think I may have had a bit of a breakthrough this weekend. After 11 weeks and more than 2 stone loss, 2 people actually noticed that I was looking different. Finally. I was beginning to worry that it was all in my head!

I finished my first 12 weeks today, and despite my fears I didn't die from lack of cheese 😁.

2 stone and 5 pounds down, so I will be on 1200 calories for a week and then back at it until the BMI calculator goes green.

@WhoWants2Know 🎉 and I think you are past the half way point right. I always find it easier counting down the pounds to my goal until my goal as opposed to up in pounds of loss.

Re the pancakes - they always stick to the pan until I bought one of those non stick pans you can dry fry in without oil. Also the pancakes burn easily so I cook them on low heat with a lid on so the too cooks.

Hope everyone else is going good - and still on plan.

Weekly update a day early: I'm still off plan because of injecting for my IVF cycle. But I have lost the initial hormone bloat I put on the other week so I am super pleased to have maintained everything I lost before this cycle. I'm so glad I did exante for a few months before my cycle as I feel like I'm in control of my food, eating at sensible times, with sensible portions and sticking to low carb etc. Previous cycles the IVF hormones have always just made me constantly hungry (and so I was eating significantly more than usual). But I feel just the same as when I was on exante.

Doing Ok here, some days better than others, just tried some of the Slender Sip things (think they have some kind of fibre in them to keep you feeling full). Anyway it made me feel a bit nauseous and now have got the runs (sorry tmi) - was going to go out for a walk but think may not be doing that now! Oh dear.

On the up side, they tasted quite nice. I had been getting hunger pangs mid afternoon so it may help me through that. I reckon sometimes it just takes getting used to different things so I might keep trying with them. Sometimes the bars make me feel like that also.

I have lost 17lb in just over 5 weeks. I have got used to having 2 shakes and a bar a day and I like the new bakery flavours.
I am eating a lot of grapes and melon, I walk to M and S and get a bus back because I prefer their fruit so there's more chance I will eat it rather than treats.

I did destroy a bag of giant wotsits and Marks vegan marshmallows at the weekend and when I open something nice for my little boy I might have a nibble but it still seems to be working.

I'm starting again today.

172.6 (I think that's 12st 2lb) so I'm up around a stone from my lowest a few weeks ago.

I still have a couple of bits in that need using up, so might have the odd snack over the next couple of days to use those up but otherwise I'm going to try for 3 products a day, only, after that.

I don't know how I'll get on with that, I've got an evening job as a kitchen assistant and it's seriously hard work so I might have to add something in.

I’ve definitely stalled. I find the moment I go off plan I either stay the same or gain a bit, even if total calorie intake still relatively low, so the next couple of days on plan just even that out. I’ve started to add in some exercise as I think i must’ve reached the most I can drop while sitting on my arse drinking shakes 😂
