Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Please may I join?
I was doing so well until before lockdown, with at least 3 sessions with a PT each week, with the end goal of being in shape for my wedding in July.
Obviously, wedding is now cancelled :-(
I’m no good at exercising without a big goal, or without someone pushing me to do it, but I guess I’ll have to try to get over that.

I’m about 9.5 stone, which is the heaviest I’ve been, at around 5ft 1
My best weight is at least a stone lighter.

The other night I disgusted myself by ordering a takeaway of a burger topped with cheese, peppers, tortilla crisps and a hash brown on top, with sides of chips and onion rings, FFS 😬

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 10:01

@AutumnNymph defiantly up for a spreadsheet if you don't mind doing it. That is such a good idea.

@tigerbear we sound similar in height and weight loss targets. We can do this!

Whenwillthisbeover · 16/04/2020 10:04

Yes! Me too - There’s bugger all to do but cook or bake and drink wine.

Italiandreams · 16/04/2020 10:04

I need to step away from my toddler’s leftover too! And cut back on the wine!

tigerbear · 16/04/2020 10:05

Great @AutumnNymph, let’s do it!!
What are you planning to do first, exercise and diet wise?
Low carb has always worked for me, so going to try that, as always get quick results.

I used to do long distance running (going back 5-10 years), so might try that again
30 Day Shred also def worked quickly in the past, but haven’t done it for years.

tigerbear · 16/04/2020 10:06

It doesn’t help that my DP is a great cook, and has begun getting into making his own bread during lockdown 😬

sushinelove · 16/04/2020 10:08

In for me as well, almost 15 stone and disgusted with myself. First goal needs to be 13 something. Going with low carb and see how I go.

AutumnNymph · 16/04/2020 10:09

Spreadsheet here for anyone who wants to join in - docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tt7Lk17S-nP8SS-G8Ue6_R2cF3dNI7aLZr0wgH90zgk/edit#gid=0

I have turned link sharing on so it should be accessible to anyone.

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 10:10

@AutumnNymph I’m happy to join the spreadsheet...if it’s easy xx

diege · 16/04/2020 10:16

I'd be up for a spreadsheet! Nothing like seeing it in black and white! 😩
I'm going to keep my treat of one creme egg or equivalent a day, possibly with a couple of rich tea biscuits added to the mix. Have had toast for breakfast (with proper butter, damn you Morrisons food box!) planning on pitta and eggs for lunch (pinching a pp idea) then Quorn bolognaise for tea. High carb low fat works well for me - or used too!

Sleepingbunnies11 · 16/04/2020 10:16

OMG SOREADSHEET.

I ate my way through the first 2.5 weeks and finally got my shit together last Wednesday. I literally ate on average 2 Easter eggs a day for the first 2.5 weeks.

Then went straight to keto which in hindsight was a bad move ( sugar withdrawal was awful) but I’m ok now. Though understandably miffed that I’ve been dieting a Whole week and I’m still fat 😂

Fluffle55 · 16/04/2020 10:20

I'd like to join! I'm just going to weigh now. I was 15.4 before the lockdown..
I slipped a disc in my back a few weeks ago so I'm only doing very gentle yoga at the moment (was lifting heavy weights in the gym before) do you think you can still lose weight without any exercise?
Good luck everyone!!

Toadz · 16/04/2020 10:22

I need to join in! Had just started to lose weight when lockdown started. With all the comfort eating and drinking plus my ‘exercise’ outdoors consisting of walking at the pace of a snail with DC, I could feel my clothes getting snugger. I feel so sluggish and grumpy too!

Starting weight this morning is 9 stone 13, with a BMI of 27.6. Goal weight is 8 and 1/2 stone initially then ideally closer to 8 stone eventually. I think with current restrictions I’ll have to mostly calorie count which I hate but will start with cutting out the extra booze/snacks and sensible portions!

buttcrackmcheese · 16/04/2020 10:23

I need to join! Weighed in today at 15 9 😳 I'm tall but it all gathers round my middle so I'm not far off resembling a tellytubby

Notlostjustexploring · 16/04/2020 10:23

Me please for the spreadsheet! Let's call my weight 14.25 stone.

I've made it this far without eating the munchkins crackers, so going well!

It'll be scrambled eggs for lunch, and freezer surprise with a massive side of roasted broccoli.

I'm an abstainer rather than a moderator, so there will be no snacking for me!!

Thursday weigh in sounds good. And I've got no desire to see a weight beginning with 14 again so I don't see me being tempted to jump on in the interim!!

Remember to drink loads of water as well.

Fluffle55 · 16/04/2020 10:24

Just weighed in at 15.8. Ffs.

diege · 16/04/2020 10:25

Fluffle55 I had a personal trainer many moons ago and he used to say weight loss was down to 80% nutrition, 20% exercise, so very possible with just some gentle exercise. I remember the same bring said by SW consultant. Makes me wonder if all the knackering home workouts are worth it!

Shockers · 16/04/2020 10:28

I’m baking a lot... and eating most of it. I had the most delicious chocolate and raspberry fudge cake for breakfast this morning...

I don’t know why I am so chubby 🤷‍♀️

FreckledLeopard · 16/04/2020 10:30

Can I join please? I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life, including when pregnant. Just got on the scales now and want to cry. I'm 11 st 11lb, which is a good two and a half stone above where I should be. I've gained the weight in the last three years, dropped bits here and there with Slimming World but never managed to keep on track.

I couldn't exercise for a year having needed spinal surgery. Now that's done, I've started C25K and am on Week 2. I've ordered 2 weeks' worth of Diet Now shakes - I need to do something drastic so the plan is shake for breakfast, shake for lunch and then dinner at 600 calories, with some fruit snacks in the day.

None of my clothes fit, I feel awful and absolutely defeated by my weight.

buckleten · 16/04/2020 10:53

Can I join? I have been eating ridiculous amounts of junk food for the past few weeks, and I feel like crap. My clothes are all too tight! I weigh in at 12 stone 4, and I would be happy at around 10-10 and a half stone. I have never got below 9 stone 4 and I think 10 stone is my happy weight. I am 5'5.

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 11:03

@AutumnNymph I have tried to add myself to your spreadsheet but it says I don't have permission and to ask the owner to change the sharing settings.

Hileni · 16/04/2020 11:07

Yes @AutumnNymph! I loves a spreadsheet!! I have no idea how to get myself on it but I can see it! Grin

Mediumred · 16/04/2020 11:15

Hiya, I am 10.6, I know that doesn’t sound too bad but I’m quite short, just under 5ft 4. I’ve been over 10 stone for nearly three years and just haven’t been able to shift it, and I don’t expect to manage it in lockdown😞. Me and DD are doing joe Wickes every other day, I am doing 500 skips with a rope most days and might manage a (v slow) run or a bike ride a couple of times a week (just finished two weeks of quarantine so hadn’t been out at all for that). I’m not too bad at snacking but am making bigger/richer meals to treat me and DP in lockdown and we’re drinking like the plane is going down! He’s going back to his evening job in a couple of days so I will have something lighter on those days and watch my drinking. We are always splitting a beer at lunchtime so I will keep that as my treat, and cut down on my night time boozing. Good luck everyone!

HouseTornado · 16/04/2020 11:16

Another spreadsheet fan here - thanks, AutumnNymph, I'm all accounted for!
