Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

@lovinglavidaloca would it be possible to take the medication at bed time so that you can sleep through the side effects, take them last thing when you brush your teeth. Sorry that you feel off. Xx

I think I’ll need to try something like that! Thanks. Feeling a bit better now so will have a good day tomorrow hopefully :)

OwlinaTree · 06/05/2020 22:41

Weigh in tomorrow! I'm hopeful!

kate1800 · 06/05/2020 22:45

Weigh in tomorrow and I'm prepared for the fact that I've put on more weight! Being at home more is meaning more home cooked pies and pastas are being made so I know that's where the weight gain is coming fromGrin

Chinks123 · 06/05/2020 22:47

Ahh I’ve been doing so well, but slipped up today. Dd wanted to make cheese pastry pinwheel things...I’m ashamed to say I ate 5 Blush maybe 6. Because I’ve been good for so long I just went a bit insane at the sight of pastry and cheese. I actually wasn’t even hungry after 2 and made myself feel a bit sick.
Also made buns yesterday and ate 3.
Dd is obsessed with baking atm but I must find something that I won’t want to eat!

diege · 06/05/2020 22:57

I feel the pain of those who are baking! Just finished two batches of jam tarts and resisted other than a rim of pastry stuck in the tray 🤣 I am bloody starving! Have decided if I've stayed the same for another week those tarts are mine 😂
Good luck for the morning everyone!

diege · 06/05/2020 22:58

And I really want a cheese pastry wheel chinks 😂

DarylDixonsHair · 07/05/2020 06:50

Good morning all! Grin No change here. Better luck next week!

HairyMaclary · 07/05/2020 07:06

Aargh! No change here, stubbornly stuck on exactly the same weight. I’m not too surprised, I’m premenstural and always blot and I’ve had to eat school lunches this week as I’m at work and they are not really what I’d choose to eat! Still made MFP goal most days though. Never mind, next week will be easier. 🤞

Good luck everyone!

Onthebrink67 · 07/05/2020 07:09

STS here too which after last weekend is probably a result though last couple of days have been better

ImperfectTents · 07/05/2020 07:18

Sts bit gutted but trying to focus on how well I have done since Easter

diege · 07/05/2020 07:18

A pound off here, which is a bit disappointing as the scales dropped to 2 pounds off until today 🤣 but I'll take a pound after STS last week. I blame the menopause!

diege · 07/05/2020 07:20

To those who have STS, this was me last week after sticking rigidly to MFP. Doesn't seem to make sense but don't give up!

Rumandcoke41 · 07/05/2020 07:25

No change here despite being good, although due on so that could account for it. Hope for a loss next week!

JonHammIsMyJamm · 07/05/2020 07:27

AF week, I feel better but the scales still say 141, same as last week. Hey ho, I was hoping for more as I really have been much better this last week/10 days with snacking but it looks like AF has sabotaged that. Maybe it’ll show next week?

cashmerecardigans · 07/05/2020 07:38

Half a pound on, but that feels like a real win considering I was 4lb up on Monday! I’ve consciously tried to cut out the excessive snacking, so that seems to be working. Long weekend ahead to sabotage all that good work though Smile
@menthollyinsane, do we need a new thread starting? I think this one will fill up soon.

redavocado · 07/05/2020 08:08

4lb off! Grin

I'm really enjoying using MFP. I'm focusing on hitting my macros and doing bodyweight resistance workouts and it's really working for me. I'm definitely feeling less flabby and much healthier!

FAQs · 07/05/2020 08:12

Only 1lb this week, 6 lb off so far. Have don’t no exercise this week though. Time to step up.

diege · 07/05/2020 08:12

Well done redavocado ! I have no idea what macros are 🤣 but that's a great result. Another fan of MFP here - love the recipes on there too.

FAQs · 07/05/2020 08:22

@cashmerecardigans when I’m struggling I make myself stick to only eating between set hours.

FAQs · 07/05/2020 08:42

I took part in a total loser programme back in 2017 and lost about 30lbs in 3 months and kept it off for a couple of years. They put together foods in red, amber and green. Green was to make up most of our diet, followed by amber and red. We also did it in phases. So no red food in the first couple of weeks.

Steala · 07/05/2020 08:49

After stay the same and a pound gain, I finally have a loss: nearly 5 pounds - so overall nearly 4.

menthollyinsane · 07/05/2020 08:50

2lb down for me.

Well done everyone for sticking with it.
