Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

Where do we find the spreadsheet?

HouseTornado · 16/04/2020 11:18

My trigger time is 3pm - 5pm, so I'm going to do some exercise in that window, see if it takes my mind off snacking.

OrangeDino · 16/04/2020 11:33

Hello, can I join you all? I need some accountability!
Weighed in at 10st11 this morning and would like to be a stone lighter. I've put on about half a stone recently. March was a bad month due to illness, lack of exercise and medication, but now I'm just stuffing my face. I have zero will power but hoping I can think of something that will work.

I've just eaten the last chocolate hobob while reading this thread though - not a great start!

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 11:46

How are you adding yourselves to the spreadsheet please Confused

OP posts:
diege · 16/04/2020 11:49

Same question here! I can see the SS but not sure how to add? I'll see if it's easier on my laptop rather than phone!

ListenLinda · 16/04/2020 11:51

How do we add ourselves to the spreadsheet? Are are the measurements in kilos or stones & lbs?

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 11:53

Why can’t I see the soreadsheet?

smiffypeabrain · 16/04/2020 11:55

May I join you all also and enter me for the spreadsheet? A nice round 14 for me please.

Have been looking back at old photos, varying amounts of chins spanning over the excess 4 stones - but now seems to have morphed into one large chin; to loosely quote a line from 'This Country' - a backwards aeroplane pillow.

JonHammIsMyJamm · 16/04/2020 11:55

Hello fellow lockdown chubbies. I’d like to join the Creme Egg Club, please. I have sinned and just eaten an entire packet of fig rolls with 2 cups of tea. I started the C25k last weekend and I walk the dog so that’s the activity bit sorted but I need a bit of handholding on the greedypigdog side of things. I need to lose 1.5st.

Spreadsheet here for anyone who wants to join in -docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tt7Lk17S-nP8SS-G8Ue6_R2cF3dNI7aLZr0wgH90zgk/edit#gid=0

I have turned link sharing on so it should be accessible to anyone

The google link to the spreadsheet is on page 5, added by autumn nymph. I’m not adding myself as it says I need to give my email address to request access.

FreckledLeopard · 16/04/2020 12:03

@AutumnNymph I can access the spreadsheet but can't add my name to it. I've requested access if that's ok?

Fluffle55 · 16/04/2020 12:14

@diege thanks! I will keep that in mind Smile

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 12:17

Spreadsheet anxiety is making me want to eat 🤣

HairyMaclary · 16/04/2020 12:18

This is the thread for me. I’d already weighed myself this morning and logged in to MFP. I work in Kgs and am 77.8! Shock So much heavier than I’ve ever been, I’m really hating it and out on .7 since lockdown started. Ideal aim would be to get to 68kg, but I’ll start with aiming for 75kg.

NetofLemons · 16/04/2020 12:39

I have crap ancient scales so I think I’m about 57kgs today and want to get back to about 52kgs which was my normal weight prebaby. Thanks for the motivation everyone!
I couldn’t get on with the spreadsheet but thanks for that. I will just post here.

Hello to the new people 👋

Whatever else happens, this thread is hilarious!

Fedupandpoor · 16/04/2020 12:54

Can I join in? 😊

I have been non stop eating throughout lockdown but yesterday managed a 24 fast 6pm - 6pm. I'm doing another one today, 7pm to 7pm then will continue with intermittent fasting until I reach my goal weight. I am too impatient and greedy to stick to long-term diets. I actually eat really healthily but portion control is a huge issue for me, I will constantly pick while cooking, eat a huge dinner, then finish the dcs leftovers Blush I'm currently 10.5 stone, I don't have a goal weight. Not having to lift up my belly to shave my foof would be ideal Grin

Good luck to everyone!

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 12:55

So I just got the cordless dyson out to hoover up a long thin twig from the rug except it turned out not to be a twig but dog diarrhoea instead. It is now all smeared and splattered into the floor head.

The dyson is now outside waiting for me to formulate a plan.

I want to go back to bed and start again.

OP posts:
NetofLemons · 16/04/2020 12:56

Oh bejeezus. Bed sounds like the best plan for that one Grin

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 12:58

@NetofLemons night then!

AutumnNymph · 16/04/2020 12:59

Sorry everyone - I had messed p the sharing setting and set it to view only. Fixed now.

Just clicking this link should let you see the spreadsheet and add details

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tt7Lk17S-nP8SS-G8Ue6_R2cF3dNI7aLZr0wgH90zgk/edit#gid=0

@menthollyinsane @Hileni
can you try again please?

AutumnNymph · 16/04/2020 13:02

I have been good so far today and haven't had anything except water since I woke up. My eating window aim is 1 pm to 9 pm so about to go get myself some lunch.

For lunch, I am having rice, carrot and cucumber dal with a large side of okra stir fry. Dessert will be a Liberte yogurt pot and an apple.

I have packed away all the junk that I have been eating and my aim for this week is just to cut the crap.

TheMostHappy · 16/04/2020 13:07

Oh god I literally cannot stop eating. I keep finding myself at the fridge and there's naff all in there. I just finished the last of the cheese savouries left over from Christmas. I'm already huge. I need someone to slap the food out of my hands for my own good!

fascinated · 16/04/2020 13:08

I’d love to but I am too scared to go shopping so eking out everything we have...
