Fuck, I've literally ate my way through the last four weeks.

I was already a couple of stone overweight and now I've done loads more damage. All I do is eat and then eat some more.

I'm going to sort my shit out starting tomorrow, anyone else want to join me?

I'm in... six weeks post partum, and in danger of weighing more now than at delivery!

Grazing the fridge and eating toddler leftovers seem to be a regular activity now!

meow1989 · 15/04/2020 19:40

Oh gosh me! I lost 10lbs last year which doesnt sound like loads but it got me down to 135lbs and my goal over all is 130 (I'm short). 5-8lbs depending on day and time in cycle heavier now. But I can't stop eating. Was doing well today then ds went for a nap and I managed to eat about 3/4 a bag of tortilla chips and nearly a whole cheese and chive dip plus most of an easter egg Blush

I just can't stop snacking and I'm so hungry! Currently eating a take away. Dont think having a g and t or a beer each night helps either.

I'm somewhere between thinking now is not the time to limit myself and being annoyed at my lack of self control!

2beautifulbabs · 15/04/2020 19:47

I need to lose 3 stone at least since having my DCs I've just turned into a blob doesn't help that I too can't stop eating everything in site my down fall is chocolate biggest problem.

I need to start watching what I'm eating and exercising again although split stomach muscles might make that more uncomfortable these days thanks to my last pregnancy 😬 but I'm in to lose so weight all the best op

Notlostjustexploring · 15/04/2020 19:57

Think I might have to join you all.

I think the diet I'll be following is the, "put the cream egg down you fat bastard" diet.

I ripped one pair of jeans. My other, tighter pair really really hurt.

I really don't want to weigh myself!! I might consider weighing myself when I can breathe in my jeans again. BMI in the region of 30 and a wee bit.

Gutted, before this all kicked off I was starting to have really good regular exercise habits.

I'm basically just eating out of pure boredom. And lack of time to make anything that isn't a frozen pizza.

HouseTornado · 15/04/2020 20:01

Sounds like we are all on the same page and I'm also feeling a mixture of relief and confidence.

Anyone got any good exercise suggestions? Do not say Joe Wicks, DS and I are already doing that (vaguely).

Troels · 15/04/2020 20:17

Yes, I'm still working, and still doing my exercize classes now on zoom, but I must have done so much more before lockdown and not realized. I rarely hit 10000 with my fitbit and I don't think I'm putting the effort with the class that I do in person.
I'm sure it's nothing to do with the magnums and sweet I picked up Confused

I just ordered new jeans one size up Sad

menthollyinsane · 15/04/2020 20:20

@Notlostjustexploring

It's official. We will all follow the put the cream egg down you fat bastard diet plan 🤣

I'm
Same. I'm three stone heavier than I used to be. Am utterly gutted as I've liked it in in last couple of years and I just can't stop
Snacking, even though I exercise every daily and am pretty fit! Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise apparently and I just can't stop boredom or emotional eating!! It's like an addiction I can't break!! Sad

menthollyinsane · 15/04/2020 20:48

@Ostagazuzulum we can all do it together. You can do this.

CrimsonCattery · 15/04/2020 21:02

Yeah I'm doing this too if a bit ahead.

A few years ago I was at my highest weight of 273lbs at 5'3. Last year I got down to my lowest weight of 134lbs and have been up and down a few lbs ever since. My happy weight is 140lbs or below.

Two and a half weeks ago I weighed in at 157lbs which was the Xmas weight I didn't bother to lose along with the ridiculous bingeing I had been indulging in since starting to wfh.

I am doing a short burst of VLCD to kick me off (3 days left) before moving to a calorie counting lowish carb diet. On day 11 of 30 Day Shred and a yoga thing on youtube.

Weighed on Monday at 150lbs and want to lose another stone and a bit. Want to be at least 140lbs when lockdown ends.

FAQs · 16/04/2020 00:14

I’ve just weighed myself and I’m exactly 13 stone, that’s the heaviest I’ve ever been !

Steala · 16/04/2020 03:05

Please may I join? I was overweight and overeating before lockdown, but I did loads of exercise. Restricted exercise and less time out and away from the snack cupboard has made things much worse. I have nothing that fits. I have one pair of jeans that I can just about do up, but they dig in and the zip is unstable with all my flab forcing against it. And they're fraying between the legs due to chub rub. I've resorted to stretchy summer dresses- even when it plummeted to 12 degrees. I'm eyeing up old duvet covers next. Please help!

Loopyloopy · 16/04/2020 03:49

I'm joining! I'd been in an active job for 6 months prior to this starting, and had lost weight. I put it all back on in a matter of weeks!

HouseTornado · 16/04/2020 07:09

Good morning, and hello everyone!

I'm weighing in at 15:13 today (yikes).

Will be logging all food on MFP. Breakfast and lunch are easy to manage, but as we're eating together as a family (and food is unpredictable), separate meals aren't workable.

My plan is to eat the same, but a smaller portion. I do all the cooking so I can make sure there are more veggies on my plate etc.

I'd like to get down to 15 by 01.06.20 (hopingt he schools go back), which then gives me another 6 weeks to lose a stone before the summer hols. Long term I'd like to lose 3 stone by my birthday in November.

Exercise is a bit random but will worry about that later. For now - portion control is the focus!

How is everyone else today?

Bubblysqueak · 16/04/2020 07:11

Try downloading Paul McKenna I can make you thin app. It really helps to reprogram how you think about food and helps stop emotional or boredom eating.

KTD27 · 16/04/2020 07:19

Hello! I’m in too if that’s ok?! Happy to be a member of the PTCEDYFB diet
I’ve been doing weight watchers since last summer I’m ashamed to say as I should be further on than I am. I had lost 32lbs. I no longer have lost 32lbs Blush
I’ve put on about 8lbs since lockdown (week 5 for us) so desperate to get that off and then have another stone to go until I’m no longer obese. Sigh. Final goal is about 3 and a half stone away but a pound at a time will do.
I was having huge success by sort of doing a 5:2 WW hybrid but I can’t seem to motivate myself to restrict massively at the moment. Still, no wine for two days has helped i hope.

4321baby · 16/04/2020 07:33

Can I join please, started yesterday but cake called my name. Will start again today.

DrMadelineMaxwell · 16/04/2020 07:35

Can I join? I've been working from home and on easter hols for the last 4 weeks and have eaten all the Easter eggs and then some! I'm on the rota next week for going into school and i just put a work dress on (size 16, no stretch) and it only just about fit.
I'm 2 and a half stone over what I should be.

Dh has just been diagnosed as diabetic and has now lost 2 stone I just a few weeks ( has a lot to lose still) and is putting me to shame with his efforts and resolve.

DrMadelineMaxwell · 16/04/2020 07:36

13.13 here.
I want to see 12 stone on the dial as a first mini goal.
And want to see 11.3 as a healthy BMI target.

Chedfords · 16/04/2020 07:44

I’m joining! I lost 2.5 stone post baby last year but have put back on about half a stone since then. I’ve managed to lose 6 pounds since starting a diet two weeks ago but really need motivation as I still have 1 stone 4lbs to go.

feelingnervousnow · 16/04/2020 07:48

Ok so I just weighed. Am 157.6lb which is about 11st3 and a bit. Am 5’6 so that makes my BMI 25.4 so overweight Blush.
Will do slimming world type diet so I can eat meals with the family.

I really want to have a BMI somewhere in the middle of healthy which will be about 9st10!!!
I so hope I can do that x

Vilt · 16/04/2020 07:49

Morning everyone. Just weighed myself and I am 12:04 Sadwhich is just lb under the heaviest I've ever been.

I was 12:05 last summer and I lost almost a whole stone over about 2.5 months but as you can see I have put almost all of it back on, not all in lockdown but a good chunk of it.

Today is a new day and I am determined to get back in control. I downloaded the Paul McKenna app last summer so I'm going to get back to using that.

I would like to see 11:something as an initial goal but ultimately I need to lose at least 3 stone. I'm only 5'1'' Confused

SallyWD · 16/04/2020 07:52

I've been snacking a lot but not going crazy. I look horrible when I put on weight - don't carry it well at all. I get a big fat face. That's incentive for me not to get too fat.

canyouseethesea · 16/04/2020 07:59

I feel the same. I'm taking mirtazapine anti depressants at night which are notorious for making you crave carbs. They knock me out but my Husband came up to bed and I was laying on a half ate Easter egg 🤦🏻‍♀️ I don't even remember eating it, I'm going to call my doctors about stopping them. I've put on 3 stone in 3 months and have gone from a size 10-12 to a 16. X

menthollyinsane · 16/04/2020 08:00

Morning and welcome to the over night joiners.

Well done those who have posted their weight, you are very brave.

I couldn't sleep last night so I have only just got up. Am having a coffee and watching Captain Tom on the news. Will shower and post my weight soon.

Back in a bit.
