Thanks not. I didn't notice until you pointed it out

Happierwithouthim · 27/01/2020 09:48

I'm sure the title won't bother us not

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2020 10:01

northender · 27/01/2020 16:09

Marking my place, thanks not

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/01/2020 16:45

done 10500 steps by pacing, food on track and loving 1700 as I feel like I can have so much more food. Missed the gym today as WFH but will go tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2020 18:41

Just over 10,000 steps, under on cals but it’ll early yet.

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 27/01/2020 19:44

Thanks not.
I'm thinking that I need to stop eating, I've eaten so much rubbish lately! Crisps, chocolate, big glass of coke and popcorn just now, watching Aladdin with the kids.

I know I keep saying it, sorry for all the moaning, but why is it so fucking hard!

Anyway steps 15715.
Weight 12s2lb.
B- biscuits and coffee.
L- carrot and coriander soup with bread, satsuma and an apple, water.
D- roasted vegetables in filo pastry.
And then all the junk.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2020 19:55

You are not at all moaney curvy! You’re not wrong, it’s stupid hard & shitty but a few tweaks will get you moving. And you’ve got patience on your side. Damn junk is too nice though isn’t it?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 27/01/2020 20:02

Baby steps curvy. Your have had a lot on recently. Moan away though if you need to

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 27/01/2020 20:13

Thanks guys, but I guess the worst thing is, is that I bloody bought it!
Will have to stay away from the shops!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 27/01/2020 21:02

Just watching, How to lose weight well on 4+1. They are trying all different diets.

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2020 21:06

You can catch up past seasons on All 4 if you enjoy it curvy, it’s entertaining

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 27/01/2020 21:09

Ahh thanks not, this is the new season, so will look up the older ones too.

northender · 27/01/2020 23:26

curvy your meals look to me like you could do with more protein, that works for me. I try to always make sure I have protein when I eat. I had carrot & coriander soup last week but added butter beans to it. It is so hard to break habits though.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2020 06:23

I can't buy junk either as once it's in the house I scoff it. I buy what I don't like for the family

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2020 06:24

Down today

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2020 11:05

Some days I can resist it all, others not so much. Down today, average now a fraction under Sunday’s. Very cold & v windy here, going to have to wrap up for my lunchtime walk, no before work walk for me today.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 28/01/2020 14:15

Finished up yesterday on 62 cals under and with a walk done and 8357 steps done, but at 10pm I headed in the accident and emergency room to bf, got out at 1am spent from then until when I left his at 5am listening to him breathing to check if he was deteriorating, left then to come home and make mine and dc's lunches, and made a sausage sandwich for my breakfast, wanted a jambon and shop didn't have them cooked yet, so I've now eaten a pack of walkers baked(163kcal) and a cleeves milk choc bar(522kcal) and I also bought a pack of giant buttons(214kcal) and a twirl(228kcal) plus a can of pepsi max. Have now put the buttons and twirl in a box up high at work and put them out of my mind. I'd have been much better off if the jambon was there Grin

He's only ok and got warned to give up cigarettes, I think the doctor was a bit too kind about it, but time will tell if he got sufficient enough fright or not.

There's been a lot of hail and sleet in last 12 hours too which makes for tough driving conditions too

Needless to say I didn't weigh this morning because it would involve taking off my clothes and dressing again!!

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2020 14:37

Oh my happier, that sounds scary, did he take an asthma attack or something? Glad he’s ok

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 28/01/2020 15:15

Happier you must be knackered!
Hopefully your bf will take notice, must have been scary!

north, yeah you're probably right about the protein, I'm super bad in the morning and just grab breakfast biscuits and eat them walking to work!
I try to make better choices, like my bread is seeded wholemeal, I only drink water with lunch, I try to get in at least 10,000 steps a day etc.

Last nights dinner was 'use things up before they go off', the kids had homemade pizza.

Dd2 is ill, was up with her in the night, she was complaining of a stomach ache and vomited once, so no school or work today.
She seems fine now, so will probably be back at school tomorrow.

Weight 12s3lbs, I'm glad it isn't more to be fair!
B- just coffee and then went back to sleep for a bit
L- peanut butter and jam on toast
D- will be soup again but will try norths suggestion and try butter beans with it.
Steps are shit, just over 1,000.

Happierwithouthim · 28/01/2020 16:09

I wasn't actually there for the worse of it, his sister in law took him in but she gave me a good run down on what happened, and he was very honest in his retelling of what had happened too.

I was just glad to be in the position that au pair was at home, dc were in bed and I could take over from his sister in law and support him.

I'm actually ok, I resisted the can of Monster and ate a sensible lunch and dinner and turns out the bar of choc was only 50g so half of the original calories were used Grin

curvy protein is definitely a more filling option and much lower in cals too

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2020 17:14

Steps on way. Fbw done. Fettled by a bacon roll but I think I can pull back the calories.
Yy to more protein their curvy.

Bloody hell happier. I think a justification for no weight today. Early night for you

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2020 18:06

213 over but my tea plans went awray as DC nicked my burger and I had biscuits

Happierwithouthim · 28/01/2020 18:59

I was just cold from being tired & couldn't face stripping off for the scales Wink
