Ah bf mum sounds lovely. Kudos resistance on chips. And the nsv.

I've got a promotion interview and celebrated with. 2 unnecessary chunky bars #twat

Happierwithouthim · 30/01/2020 11:25

Willpower was strong yesterday, was busy and lots of things achieved
Contracts signed, purchase agreed, attending grandparents day, got car insurance sorted, visited bf, visited a dying man. Today will hopefully be good but I stayed up too late and am a little tired at the moment. Might give in to the can of Monster as it stops me reaching for food too, 11cals

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/01/2020 12:01

Busy busy happier. Mostly good though. Have the monster

Happierwithouthim · 30/01/2020 14:06

I think I will but I find it makes me awful tired that evening or following morning. Which is why I haven't had any in weeks

Not2bObvious · 30/01/2020 15:23

I’ve never had monster. Always think it looks kind of sinister, and I’ve a mortal fear of being kept awake even more than I am already so I steer clear. Had a big salad for lunch, surprisingly tasty. Not sure what contracts you signed happier, were you saying you were selling your house? But sounds like a busy day, sorry for the poor soul on his way of course. Busy day for me too, sent off letter to book my mri appointment to see if there’s anything actually wrong with my back or am I just a crock! Lots of work done too, got a walk in, cleaned kitchen etc etc. Might watch OT (Irish yearly weight-loss program - dunno why I watch it, the “experts” wreck my head)

I can't cope with that much caffeine so don't tend to drink more than tea. It's probably the crash that makes you feel bad happier next day.

Worrying today of as 430 over and the force to eat is strong. Will get 15 k steps though as long cals today so stepped during them

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 30/01/2020 18:37

Ok, can someone tell me what NSV means please? ConfusedBlush
Can't work it out!

I would like to go in with the jaw wiring too please Grin

Ahh thanks not, pretty obvious now, can you tell that this is my first time on a weight loss forum? Haha Grin!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 30/01/2020 19:17

Sorry I lied! It isn't my first time, have been on a couple before, but didn't really 'gel' or the thread died a death!

Not2bObvious · 30/01/2020 19:23

You’re welcome, NSV’s are the sweet stuff, shift the attention from the sad/bad/naughty step aka bastard scales! I thought my jeans were a bit loose today, probably just stretched them in hindsight😁
Had to banish myself to the bed, just under cals & I need to stay that way with the weekend & totm due shortly.

Not2bObvious · 30/01/2020 20:06

If it makes you feel any better, here’s my screenshot of shame from yesterday

That man passed away this evening Sad glad I spent time with him yesterday

Dc took it pretty well as they'd seen him a few weeks ago so knew he was quite ill.

Don't have my usual Thursday munchies so I didn't have the can of monster. Made soup with odds left in fridge. Walked with ds & dog so almost at 10k steps
