Can I join again? I was doing pretty well on slimming world 18m ago and lost over 3 st but put almost 2 of it back on again over autumn /Christmas
. As much to do with stress as anything but I must get a grip and not let food be the way I deal with stress. Also need to make time to look after my diet because otherwise I’ll sink...
Been back at SW and lost 8lbs in the last 3 weeks so heading in the right direction again. It’s a little depressing to think it will take me another 2-3 months of hard work to get back to where I was!
Anyway, I’ve no idea how much you all have to lose but I’m (I think) 14st2 at SW (evening, clothed). Would like to lose at least 3.5 stone, maybe more.
Made cheese and chive scones for the kids yesterday for after-school snacks and didn’t eat one
. They’re in the freezer now so out of temptation’s way. Making a blueberry cake for the family today as I have a glut of them and again I will not be touching it. Last weeks millionaire’s shortbread was hard though- I did have a piece of that, oops. So hard sticking to a plan when cooking nice things for a family!
They’re all having lasagne for dinner (I found one in the freezer and want the dish back in use). Not sure what I’ll be eating with them as I can’t have that. I need to do some batch cooking today as otherwise the week falls apart a bit in the chaos of work.
Off to look up some lunch ideas as that’s what I find hardest, as I’m avoiding bread.
