@Foreverlexicon a roast is a great meal. I normally do chicken, pigs in blankets, roasties, roasted carrot and parsnip, greens (tender stem broccoli today) and corn. There will be gravy and Yorkies, but I will not have those as I'm trying to stay away from gluten.
Hormones suck @ChipsAreLife I'm the same.
Well for me today: 18 hour fast, swimming with the children. Then I had a GF brownie to give me the energy to face Tesco
Lunch: jacket and salad, tea roast and will have birthday brownie cake with ice cream before fasting again - so an 7 hour eating window.
Above all expectations, I hit 9Kg (nearly 20bls) down this morning when I weighed in. Thought yesterday's day out would have sent weight up!
Has strengthened my resolve and will be doing some core yoga with Adrienne tonight!
