Same here wreck, only this morning has the scales dropped & only a little. Very irritating. It’s set to rain all day here as well so that makes all my usual step missions tricky. I’m not in the humour quite frankly.

Do you do FBW at home or in the gym life? How long does it take you? I started doing it last week, the first one I followed Rachel’s video (about 1 hour but there was a lot of stopping/starting) and I’ve done it twice following the post about it - each time it’s taken around 40 minutes? Just trying to figure if I’m doing enough. I sure broke a sweat though! Close to 8,000 steps, not sure how I’ll get the other 7,000 but I’ll give it a go

I do the 30 or 45 minute body pump in a gym class

Report
Not2bObvious · 08/05/2019 15:59

Ahh ok, I thought you were doing the specific Team RH workout. I’d love to find a class like that, my old gym only does weights with bonkers hiit and my back can’t take it. A million burpees? I f**king think not!

Bit over today but all things considered not too bad. Found the jumpsuit in the 14, it fit and I look like a stumpy barrel. Apart from needing to lose a good 2 stone to get down to a size that would suit it, I’d need to grow 4 inches in height. There’s probably more chance of that than losing 2 stone! I have a few months, this body isn’t wedding outfit ready

Hi all.
Welcome fan.
Well yesterday was a complete carb feast!
Did just over 13,000 steps.
Today just over 12,000 steps.
Food was better today too.
B- bran flakes and coffee
Mid morning snack- banana
L- seeded wrap with hummus and salad, satsuma, apple and yogurt.
D- hidden veggie pasta and have left overs for lunch tomorrow.

Back to the drawing board. At least you can do the loose weight. Growing may be more problematic.

Did the hour body pump last night and just about survived. I hurt my shoulder weeks ago and it's just not getting better. Will try and get into the doctors.

Steps and food today. Zumba tonight so will make up for Monday's woeful effort

Thanks life. Will pm when I get a sec.

Not2 that's annoying there'll be something perfect though and you're doing so well on the weight loss.

Weight down a bit again today so that's good still 0.8lb off my lowest.

Food and HIIT with weights all planned.

Happierwithouthim · 09/05/2019 07:04

Not2 that's a pity but you've time to find something else.

Life hope you're feeling better today

Burpees gotta hate them Grin

My local bootcamp is coming back week after next, I think I'll sign up because I need a boost, I can't attend a few classes the first week though so I'll see plus it's communion week so expensive week too.

Scales finally down again 155.6 so I've started recording in the app again Grin

Thanks guys, yeah time is on my side and it’ll focus me (be good if something did haha!) That’s great happier, I’m not quite at recordable weight and so close to the 10’s!!!
I’m only back to 163 today. Once I get to 162 I can record as last weeks average was 162.1 - how bonkers is it that 1 night off plan put paid to 4 days of being 161-162? That’s just wrong.
Glad to hear yours is dropping too wreck, I wish I didn’t need to weigh. To be fair the mirrors telling me all I need to know at the moment.
Yeah life the only way I grow is horizontally 😬

The only way to get taller now is higher heels I'm afraid Grin

Alcohol really throws the scales for me so I blame Sat nights drinking more than Monday's eating

Snack’cident wreck? Don’t be too hard on yourself- it’s really hard to diet for a long while.
Back from my walk, only 250 steps to get my minimum 10,000. I’m short on steps from yesterday though, so ideally I need another 7,000 to make it up...sob

Any point using your phone for steps happier? I still haven’t got round to getting new strap so I can wear it on my ankle. I do love it though, my screen is cracked - I hope it doesn’t give up the ghost
