Happier i've been using my phone the last few days for steps. Is that an option? Loads of apps you can download i think?

I had lost my charger for my fitness watch (not a fitbit) and i emailed the company who said they can sell me a new charging cable for £5 posted so they invoiced me and I paid it on Tuesday. It's arrived today and they've sent me a whole new watch altogether which is 39.99 in argos! Its the upgraded version of my old one. Ive sent them an email highlighting the mistake, dh said to use the charger that came with the new one to charge mine so i can at least use it for the next week if i need to send the new one back/wait for a cable only to be sent but im not sure i should even open it Confused

Foodwise today has been ok but i was at a training day with work and had to guesstimate lunch. Didnt eat too much though so should be ok.

22500 steps ish today. God I've been hungry. Gone over cals by couple of 100 but that's ok.

Food has been ok today, just so tired all the time lately, but listening to my body and heading to bed soon

Nearly 16,000 steps here, only just over 1,000 off my goal for today but I know when I’m bet - haven’t got it in me. Hit cals/protein/fibre - really hope to see a drop on the scales tomorrow. Last week I was 161.2, can’t see that happening!

That’s brilliant life, yes it’s only 1 day but now you’ve had it, it’ll soon be your new benchmark.
Great that you’re back in the zone wreck, how you feeling? Better I hope.
Got up and weighed in at 161.8!! At last a weight I can put in my Fitbit😂 Done a brisk hours walk before work, on nearly 9,000 steps.

Worked out my scales give me a different weight in stone to what they give me in kg and lb. so this morning was 8st11 but 55.3kg and 123lb. I know I'm just looking for a pattern of losing but still annoying! 55.3kg is 8st.89lb 🤷🏽‍♀️

Take heart wreck, I’d have to get my limbs amputated to be 123lb! This is really where the mirror matters more than the scales

Lying down with a cuppa avoiding the kids and the kitchen. All food in mfp and I’ve 450 left for the day outside of my meals, 31gr of protein and 8gr fibre left to get though. Not sure what I’ll have. I’ve eaten most of junk food so hmm, slight challenge.

Not im also avoiding the kitchen today. Having a super hungry day but also struggling to eat much as Ive been getting really awful stomach aches. Im looking forward to dinner later on though. My diet hasnt been great lately, all within cals though but definitely not enough fruit or veg and I've been feeling sluggish the last few days.

Today I woke up starving but was rushing on the school run so grabbed an alpen light bar on the way out the door. Went to Morrisons after I came back I had 1.5 bagel thins with light philly and raspberries. Then had a nap with ds2. For lunch I had planned vegetable soup but had a really sore belly so just had a carb killa bar instead (99p in home bargains)

Dinner is beef burger in a seeded flatbread and a big salad. Maybe some roasted baby potatoes. Plenty of cals left today so we will see.

Wonder what’s causing the stomach pains zebra, any idea? I’m quite proud of myself, my d (can’t call her dd right now as mad as hell with herAngry) offered me some of her lunch (sub and nachos, Friday treat bought before I discovered their pigsty of a room) and I turned it down. I must be crosser than I realised😂

It's been a struggle but I've hit macros today. Fbw at lunch and will walk to scouts for rest of 4k steps.

I can’t boast too much of my restraint, am having a glass of wine & inhaled a packet of crisps. Anyone else get really hungry after an afternoon snooze? Dozed off listening to my audio book & woke hangry! Nearly 14,000 steps but that’s probably going to be it for today. Company over for dinner, not in the humour at all😔

Oh dear, that’s very unpleasant zebra, my friend suffers with that - particularly when stressed and swears by peppermint tea, you’ve probably tried lots of things.
Hasn’t been a great calorie deficit night, quite the opposite. Ahh well, can’t reverse it so may face up to the consequences tomorrow

1lb down from yesterday but still not low enough for me to want to record it!

I'm doing an extra day in the toy shop today so need to try not to snack. So hard. Then tomorrow we're going to the harvester for breakfast 🤔 my hips are painful after yesterday's exercise so can't see me fitting anything in today.

Weekend is going to be tough enough life, I’ve people over tonight for dinner. If I don’t drink I’ll be ok, but I’ll be honest that’d be tough. I have confessed to mfp yet or weighed in, had salty stuff last night so there’ll be very likely a flux.
Great work on the 1lb off wreck, hopefully you’ll be nice & busy today and can distract yourself
