That sounds nasty wreck, I’d stay home but then I’m an awful malinger. Monday weigh ins are rarely pleasant, be all gone by midweek.
Back in from a 1.5 hour walk - sweating! Shower/coffee/poached egg on toast/work

Grin I'm a bit of a martyr I think. But also I'm rarely ill. In 14 years I've had five days off and that's because I was in ITU with a killer sick bug. I just have a day of sitting in the office anyway.

Have made a salad for lunch with some graze sriracha corn. Also had a small bit of cinnamon brioche for breakfast.

Hope you felt better as the day wore in wreck
Did my mornings work then got absolutely fleeced by return to school shopping. Small bits of frugality but more bursts of pure spendiness. My legs are tired now and I reckon my full doms will hit tomorrow. Bolognese for tea, had a eat out lunch but gave away half my chips so reduced the damage a bit

I had to Google that wreck. Sounds joyous not.
Hope you are feeling a bit better today.

Steps, calories and macros hit. Piyo at lunchtime. Boom

Happierwithouthim · 15/07/2019 21:48

Reception brutal on hols, sharing bottles of wine each night also not good, steps are great though Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/07/2019 06:16

Take the win happier Grin. Did you have a good time?

I'm maintaing for now. That's ok. Going to aim to maintain and not binge for the holiday. Aim for weight loss in September again.

WreckTangled · 16/07/2019 06:50

Happier sounds like you're having a great time! You definitely deserve it.

Good idea life. I still want to try and lose a bit before my holiday in five weeks once we've broken up from school/work I have got to start exercising again.

Weight down a bit from yesterday and less than 1lb off my lowest. I'm not recording it yet. I felt pretty rough yesterday not sure today will be much better but onwards and upwards. Another day of sitting in the office twiddling my thumbs...actually I think our admin is off today so I'll answer the phone Grin

Enjoy the vino happier, it wouldn’t be a holiday if you didn’t do something out of the norm, it’s not like you’re a dipso like me😜 The extra steps will even it all out, just give yourself leeway when you get home cause the booze absolutely murder the scale.
Up early and got nearly 7,000 steps done before leaving for work. The pain from Sunday’s weights has hit me, just took an ibuprofen in the hope it eases the pain.
Day 9 of no access to the weighing scales, I’m going to try on my unforgiving jeans later, they’ll give me a visual of how far I’ve to go to preholiday weight. I “think” I’ve dropped the worst of it but my belly’s definitely fuller in size than before I went away.
Good idea on the maintenance life, have you adjusted your cals?
I’ve a thumb twiddling day too wreck, and I’m determined not to eat my boredom. This is my second day back in my other place of work and I did great last week so I just need to do that again. Think it’s meant to rain at lunchtime which is a bummer, no brolly so no walk

I'm on 1800 still.
