Link not?

Another day way way over calories. 10k steps only. Wonder if I should up my weekly ones to account for drop at weekend.
Food was a one off, ha.

I have to add I’m about 4 foot shorter than your one wearing it, so it’s closer to my ankles

Just read the finer details, the models wearing a size 1 which is an 8, I had the 3 on and I fully filled it. It looks loose on her😩 Fitting rooms are made to push you to the edge, I now know why I get dressed so quick

That is beautiful not. The fabric looks very unforgiving though. Try the 14. Then aim for the 12. 5 months is ages away to drop another stone or even 1/2 will loosen it up.

Weight up today not surprised bit demotivated now. Back on it though.

My weight is up too. But I can even see I'm bloated so I'm ignoring it. Have planned lunch today which is filling and healthy and there's a new tabata put on hasfit which I can't wait to try later.

It’s a satin material with no give at all. It’s whether it’d still be in stock or they’d change sizes for me. I’m feeling completely demoralised as well. I’m 165.2 this morning after last week starting at 163 and getting down to 161.8 (briefly 161.2) It has to be bloat and possible reaction to starting weights again - 2 sessions since Friday. But I feel down in the dumps

Demoralised? Did I mean that or demotivated? Either or, feel sad

Could you get the 14 and get it adjusted?

Could be weights.

Gloomy Tuesday. It is shit though.

I've planned my food and got my macros hit. Will get 15k steps and do pump at lunchtime.

I think I’ll just wait a few weeks, see can I get the weight moving down. I don’t want to spend that much and look like a barrel. Yeah it’s probably the weights, very discouraging though. No milk in my office after BH, had to combine breakfast of porridge & banana with Greek yog. Was like a bowl of cement!

I'm feeling rotten after having pizza last night. So bloated and feeling sick this morning, scales up 1lb. Plenty of water for me today, will aim to move as much as I can but I've misplaced my charger for my fitness watch thing so will be harder to track steps. I will do a couple of 5 min workouts to ensure i move enough. Feeling yuck

Did the tabata. Didn't think it was that great so won't do it again. The bloat is strong today, I like five months pregnant Blush drinking lots of water to try and flush it out!

Good afternoon all, can I join please?

I've 2st to lose and sick of paying out to learn nothing about how to actually keep it off!

I started the No S Diet yesterday and it feels quite liberating to eat what I want just focusing more on healthy eating at meals rather than obsessing about every calorie/point/syn.

I walk a lot and have a physical job so I'm not too worried about exercise for now but plan to add some in every now and then. Focusing on building a routine that I can stick to, slow and steady and all that! :o

Sorry mia yesterday!
I didn't go away, I stayed at his sat & sun night though and came home during the day on Sun for a while with my hangover. I did very well on cals hangover day, then went out Sun night & drove and Monday I went over cals.
Started with a slice of wholemeal toast and butter, dinner was a beautiful fish mornay dinner with green beans/carrots/chips, a few hours later a lovely slice of chocolate torte and vanilla ice cream
and came home and got taco fries to finish off the day - scales had a big jump this morning but I didn't record it at all (158.3!) I hardly drank any water yesterday either.

not2 that jumpsuit is fab, would you go for size 14 and get it taken in then if you lose too much for it to be flattering?

life well done on gym pass, I haven't visited gym yet in May Shock
I did swim with dc last thurs eve alright though so used my membership Smile

zebra you're doing so well
welcome fannyfeatures

Welcome Fannie. We eat to a calorie deficit mostly though a couple are on ww and SW.
We keep active and make it a lifestyle thing rather than just short term. Been going since January now.

Fbw at lunch. Bob on food. Just under 4k steps to get but will walk DS to cubs

Within cals. If I don't count the sweets I ate when my sugar level was low (which I'm not going to Grin).

Lunch was falafel with harissa couscous

Post work out trek bar

Dinner was kinda McCartney red onion sausages in a brioche bun with potato wedges. Skyr for afters.

Oops, didn't realise it was for calorie counting! Apologies.

I had been at SW until January, lost 7st in total then life changed, I couldn't attend meetings and I'm 1.5st up since then.

I just need motivation and to learn about eating properly without stressing. I'm a binge eater Blush

Wow that's a great loss fanny. You don't have to calorie count that's just what we tend to do. Anything that works for you though.

No worries fan. Just wanted to put our sometimes odd conversation into context. Anything goes for what ever works here.
Fab losses there.

Fan welcome, doesn’t matter what method you use we’re here for support and a bit of accountability- can’t say I’m doing well in the whole weighloss department at the moment but hopefully when I get my head straight things will improve

Strap of my Fitbit broke Shock
Had replacement ordered and it didn't arrive so they've reshipped, I could be without it for a while Shock

I'm feeling a little bit cold like today & have had some Easter egg & half a choc muffin Angry I was doing so well today with my macros and cals

Not2bObvious · 07/05/2019 21:26

You can tuck it into your sock or bra maybe happier? Of course it doesn’t matter, it’s not like it’s the reason you exercise (says the woman who will take not 1 step when hers is on charge!)
Life got in the way today, probably at just under maintenance but that’s the way it goes sometimes.
Welcome fan, fabulous loss and best of luck with the no S. I think years of dieting can make us all binge eaters from time to time, not minimising - I don’t know your particular details of course but I do think restrictive eating over time can lead to a break down in the head and the urge to splurge & gorge gets too stronge

Welcome Fan

I've had a good day back on it today

B- bran flakes and semi skimmed milk
L- subway chicken tikka salad
D- HM chinese chicken, egg fried (cauli) rice, mixed veg and some prawn crackers.

Curly wurly, Penguin cake bar and a jelly for after. Came in just under 1500 cals today. I was also able to order a charger from the manufacturer of my fitness watch for £5 so that will hopefully arrive by the weekend.

We went to ikea today to get the kids the toy kitchen so i would have got some steps walking round & then also built it myself as well

Eugh. This is week is definitely just going to be about losing what was put on over the weekend! Ah well it was a good weekend and it's only a week. Although it's already Wednesday...

Zebra it's where you do an exercise for 20 seconds then have 10 seconds rest X 4. I really like it because you get to stop every 20 seconds 🤣
