I bought a Jim bean pulled pork kit in Dunnes, had Dunnes skinny chips in halo topped with that & grated 10g Dunnes high protein cheese on top, my friend mentioned she was getting taco fries from takeaway so I made a healthier alternative Grin

Wreck sounds lovely, myself & my friend decided to book a two night holiday in September which is a group single parents offer.

Not I'm going away as in I've not been told we're not but communication has been slack this week Confused I've got dc until 6pm & I've got my outfits picked out but nothing packed. If I'm not going I'm bringing wine to my friends house instead.

I'm on track to lose 0.3lbs this week

Well at least you’ve plans to do something else if you don’t get away. It’s so good having a long weekend!! I’ve no visitors, and no hard plans. Ahh bliss. Might take the bus into town later, have a potter around the shops and get some steps in

Hi all, can I re-join please?

Things have moved on here.
Ex has moved out, things have been a bit emotional, but I am determined to be healthier and make better choices.
I won't be able to run much anymore, but will do some you tube, yoga, Wii fit and Davina DVD as and when I can.

Really pleased to see you all still going!

I also forced myself to get my steps yesterday, got just over 11,000. I’m having to ignore my weigh in as had a night off from calorie counting - Chinese and vino night. No guilt, just a nice break from the norm. Back on it today

Right so weigh in this morning is 79.3kgs, (I was maintaining at 79kgs before) which I'm pretty happy with considering the amount of crap I've eaten over the last few weeks and doing no exercise apart from walking.
Will hopefully hit 10,000 steps as will be going shopping later.
Wreck I just had a quick look, they seem pretty reasonable, I will be able to do a few of the easier ones.

That’s great curvy, it goes to show sometimes we’re not really as badly behaved as we think we are. And walking burns calories just as good as HIIT, albeit a bit slower (and with less risk of injury!)
I’m back on it today, I think I’ll do a treadmill session before we go out for a family walk & possible lunch out. I’m a fair few steps short of my weekly 105,000 steps but that’s ok

I need 21,000 so pretty unlikely too. Tracked yesterday’s food and it wasn’t pretty. Funny how you can convince yourself when you’re in the midst of it that you can handle it - that it’s ok to splurge. Then you wake up the next day thinking wtaf happened there? Anyway, I lost 1lb since last week ignoring today’s weight.

Well this weeks result is -0.3lbs, last night I drank 8 Jameson's & Diet Coke extra on top of my calories Wink I'm hungover today have kept within my calories but not hit any macro and won't either. Went for a short walk & have had a nap on the couch and now going to bed for an hour.

All you can eat pizza wreck yum

Sounds like a good night our happier, you’ve done great sticking to cals with a hangover.
I’ve done FBW in the garden, and 40 minutes on the treadmill, plus a nice hour long walk outside. I’m putting my cals up to 1800 next week, I managed pretty good on 1700 but I started to feel very tired and hungry the last few days. I had no control last night so I think it might be a bit too severe. We’ll see, might try to stick to 1700 and save a hundred here & there for hungrier days

I've only managed 7194 steps today, but have done lots of housework, so that's ok.
Food today
B- coffee, and mini wheats
L- coconut latte and a pecan cookie at Costa
D- spaghetti with falafel, peppers, onion and garlic.
Was still hungry a while later so had two pieces of toast.

12500 steps, massive binge though on ice cream and millionaire shortbread.

It's because I'm tired I've worked out. I was knackered this weekend with going back to my old job and running around.
Back to it today. Weight up though.

I don’t blame you wreck, I was 161.8 on Saturday, 165.6 after Chinese & drinks yesterday and I’m 165 today. No way I’m recording that. It’s completely demoralising to see such a huge jump. The amount of salt in Chinese must be unreal. Anyway I do know it’s not a fair representation of my weight but I can tell you it’s the last Chinese I’ll be having until after my holidaysAngry
Just did 2,000 steps while watching a video, back in bed for a bit and then out for a walk by the sea later. No doubt the darlings will bitch & moan but I’ll be going deaf, Big Mamma got goals!

Hey! Glad i found you all!

We are back from our weekend away at the caravan and did relax a little with food while there although we did loads of walking and swimming. I ate chocolate and drank fizzy drinks (diet obvs!). I made good choices at meal times while we were away but tonight we decided would be our cheat night so we are getting a Dominos pizza. I weighed in last week before we went on Friday (2lbs down, total loss 3st 8lbs) and wont weigh again until Sunday now (my usual day) so will have plenty of time to pull it back. 🙂

Hope you're all well. I've got a massive washing pile to get through now...

Ahh the post holiday washing mountain zebra, that’ll keep you busy for a while!
Nearly 16,000 steps through walk to shops, walk on seaside pier, more walking around shops. Macros shot to shit. Tried on a fab jumpsuit for a wedding I’m going to in around 5 months. At this point I’d need their size 14, no vanity sizing with this brand! It’s very very spendy €€€, so I don’t know what to do wrt sizes. I look like a stuffed sausage in the 12, I haven’t managed to try on the 14 yet. It’s the type of material that takes no prisoners, so even if I lost weight (ha - f**king - ha) it’d probably look good a bit big. Oh decisions
