rainydog me too, 10st2 is perfect for me, but currently 11st4!
HOWEVER yesterday was 11st6 so this is move in right direction!
yesterday skipped breakfast and had a sort of mad fasting break period between 4 and 7 where I managed to eat:
three hardboiled eggs
a gluten-free pitta
some lettuce, grated carrot and feta with homemade french dressing
some prunes as only gluten-free sweet thing in house
two salad potatoes baked with tuna, yellow pepper, sweetcorn and mayo plus asparagus (bizarre kids tea combo)
more prunes
lots of coffee and not enough water.
thank you so much for whoever recommended Lose It the app! I have always loathed MFP, doesn't work for me. managed to record everything i put in yesterday and realised how much salad dressing i use and how many calories it is!
I think my brain is so fried from doing a bridget jones style combo of fasting, clean eating and low carb (plus gluten free as am coeliac) that I've forgotten what actually is laden with calories.
Anyway, so glad you're all here, my weight-loss companions!
