Scales down 1lb today so my average has dropped too, early days of course. I was full of good intentions to do a treadmill jog this morning but I didn’t have it in me. Apart from my pastry yesterday I avoided snack/junk food although I don’t know what category cereal falls into, that’s my evening snack now, pretty decent fibre in it so mightn’t be that bad. Anyway it gets me through without inhaling tonnes of chocolate & crisps, so that’s positive.

Wolfcub · 19/02/2019 14:32

No breakfast

Out for lunch. Goat cheese and veg pizza and shared fried mozzarella and Italian houmous with ds

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2019 16:26

life is the icecream all eaten or just banned?

wolf the bloody post weekend bloat, I know it's cos I eat differently at the weekend than during the week, it drives me mad.

not2 great start to the week with scales dropping already.

I'm away from tomo until sun, going to bring my weighing scales for both food and body but I'm going to aim for maintenance calories rather than losing. It worked at Christmas.

It's all in my tum happier

WreckTangled · 19/02/2019 17:28

Toast with marnite

M&S orzo
M&S feta filo thing x 2
1/2 packet crisis
Rocky road mini bites

Pasta pesto with broccoli and tomatoes

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2019 18:01

Nearly full thread! We have been busy.
On 9,500 steps, a ways to go to get to 15,000. I think it’s brilliant you were able to maintain over Christmas happier, I’ve yet to get to pre Christmas weight. Really annoys me when I think of it, not enough that I get my act together mind....

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2019 18:07

Think it was because I had wedding on 30th Dec & it was my second big post separation event & I was determined to feel good Grin

It's amazing that we've nearly filled the thread, we've a nice little group so I hope we'll all continue onto a new thread.

I've cut back on my breakfasts to allow more calories in the evening & I'm happy with it so far.
I've now got 723 cals left & 50g protein to hit before bedtime. Bought a chicken fillet there but haven't decided what to make yet.

About to hit the gym now & hopefully get my steps up a bit too. Normally run on treadmill to warm up might walk a bit this evening first.

We will have soup and toast for tea. I’m still full from lunch but ds is a bottomless pit. Soup is Cauliflower, Wensleydale and Kale I think.

Wine

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2019 18:42

That’s a good strategy happier, it’s trial and error over time isn’t it? I’m over a bit over on protein, 7gr over on fibre. 47 cals left so I’ll leave it there for the day.
Love your last lines wolf, keep it simple with wine😉
12,000 steps done, ouf 3,000 to go

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2019 18:53

Wolfcub · 19/02/2019 18:55

12.5 k steps yesterday. All cals and macros hit.
Will be about 12 today as wfh

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2019 08:27

New low on the scales for the first time this year, into the 150’s - at last! Managed an hours jog on the treadmill too so my minimum goal of 10,000 is hit. Good thing really as working this morning, then off to kfc for lunch & cinema in the afternoon.
Bought a cheap A5 notebook to record & track how things are going, find it very helpful. I hope I don’t lose it, ramblings of a mad dieter!

Wolfcub · 20/02/2019 08:38

Well done Not2

Wolfcub · 20/02/2019 10:01

The weekend/half term/gin weightbump has arrived a lovely 1.5 pounds worth. Walking today with ds if I can ever get him out of the shower and Pilates and housecleaning tomorrow so hopefully a little activity will shift a bit of it

Wolfcub · 20/02/2019 16:35

Food so far today

Ham sandwich
Half bag crisps
Two pieces flapjack

Dinner will be pasta and garlic/tomato/pepper bread

Walked 3-4 miles mostly for the fresh air and wildlife rather than the exercise

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2019 17:20

Darn that cinema visit, ended up snaflling the treats. Only 240 cals left for the day & nowhere near my macros. But saying that, sometimes you gotta just do, it was good fun. I’ll have to allow myself an extra few cals

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2019 17:23

Hope you don’t mind happier, kicked off the new thread as only 3-4 messages left before the 1000
