Wonders will never cease yesterday I came in 236 cals under!
I'm going to drop back to 1600 cals from today too, unless scales gives me a big surprise today, maybe I could go to 1650, slotting in running in the mornings before work to up my steps too.
I've discovered skinny sausages too in Dunnes & Lidl 80cals & 10g protein, in a slim bagel with some ketchup & dairygold light it's a real 'wrong' breakfast for approx 250 cals 
Christmas have you tried the hobnob thins, they're only 31cals each, I don't drink tea so don't find myself reaching for the biscuits but they're a good low cal option.
Not2 maybe I'll have to visit Iceland 
Just thought now actually on a frugal note, dc only have two days school & we're away from wed to sun. I won't need a grocery shop at all this week except whatever au pair needs. And there's lots of food in so she might be ok too.
