Wow some brilliant losses! I woke up exhausted so didn’t bother to depress myself further by seeing what huge amounts of alcohol did to my weight so I didn’t bother. Over 8000 steps done so back into it with a vengeance

WreckTangled · 11/02/2019 16:29

I just did a 15 min bodycoach work out (it was a beginners but I still found it too hard! I haven't got the balance) then a 20 minute yoga core session which was really hard! Glad I did I though and will definitely do it again. So hungry can't wait for dinner.

Wolfcub · 11/02/2019 16:49

Breakfast peanut breakfast bar
Lunch tomatoe and cheese panini
Tea sushi, lettuce and cold panko’d chicken

WreckTangled · 11/02/2019 16:57

Once I've had dinner I'll have 150 cals left. I want to use it for garlic bread but will probably have 1/2 a lo dough brownie and raspberries. Or skyr. or extra cheese on my chilli

Wolfcub · 11/02/2019 17:34

Mochi cake. Really honestly not sure about this one. It has the texture I imagine breast implants to have

WreckTangled · 11/02/2019 17:46

Wolf Grin

I decided against having rice as it's so calorific. I tbsp 135 calories Confused

lifelongfrugaleer · 11/02/2019 18:02

After eating the days calories in two i feel much better. Will do a more controlled refeed next time.
Inevitably gained so meh. Back on it today.
I think I've made my prolapse worse by upping my squat weight. Will refer to physio, got form printed out.

WreckTangled · 11/02/2019 18:16

Oh no life hope physio can help.

Right I'm done for the day. Confession time.

Three chocolate digestives (my colleague brought these with her on our visit because she knows I love them and I couldn't say no!)

Lunch:

Curried sweet potato soup
Carrot sticks
Small easy peeler

Dinner:

Homemade chilli (using 200g mince between four, tinned tomatoes, herbs etc, red pepper and onion) with 1/2 tin of Tesco taco style beans
20g grated cheese
Raw broccoli
Five chopped cherry tomatoes
100g skyr, raspberries, strawberries and 1/2 a lo dough brownie mixed in.

Yum! I make that 1121 calories. I could be wrong but I've weighed what I could and put it all into mfp. Oh and a total of five jelly babies due to low sugar levels which I've also counted.

Ew Wolf Grin

Some really good losses, well done everyone!

Yesterday was my birthday... took a picnic lunch, still diet friendly (home made kale chips no less!) but dinner was naughty. Risotto with butter in it and wine and a giant slice of Colin the caterpillar cake. First cake in months but it was my birthday so worth it. I’m drawing a line today though.

Justanothermile · 11/02/2019 18:59

Wow - fab loss zebra.

I hopped on the scales today - but no idea what I was before, I got curious what I weighed!

Happy Birthday for yesterday seacow - if you can't have Colin cake then when the hell can you?

I'm not great without carbs life.

I use any old falafel mix or buy them wolf. I am an absolute dab hand at home made hummus, I make a delicious one, I've yet to perfect falafel. I need to, falafel are expensive to buy and pretty heavily packaged.

No exercise today other than dog walking so I've done 12k steps.

Yesterday was high as I did a cross country race and a gym session and so I've been hungry today. So I've eaten ha!

Egg on toast.
Big salad bowl with Asian grains and veggies. Naked bar and half a bar of chocolate.
Hummus on crackers, two falafel, small brownie, hard boiled egg.
Jamie Oliver vegan Shepherds pie and veggies. This is super healthy and chock full of veg.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 11/02/2019 22:13

Evening all.

Just over 15,000 steps today.
B- vegan pains au chocolat
L- *Em's burgers, pitta bread and hm tahini dip, pear and salt and vinegar sticks
D- vegan shepherd's pie with loads of veg

WreckTangled · 12/02/2019 07:06

My average weight has been the same for the past three weeks (even though Monday mornings have reduced) so annoying. Well 0.2lb difference. Honestly I feel like not bothering if it's not making any difference Angry plus this weekend I'm going out and there'll be lots of food and drink etc so that'll just ruin it even more.

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/02/2019 18:40

Didn't do the gym today. Feeling grotty. Will get my steps and other bits though.

Justanothermile · 12/02/2019 18:56

Weight isn't health though wrecked. If you are fit, healthy and looking after yourself then that's important.

Hope you feel okay soon life.

Had a decent day exercise-wise. 5 miles with a mate early doors, then a PT session and another 3 easy miles this evening. Two dog walks also.

Food.
Egg on toast.
Grain salad and two falafel. Half a bar of chocolate.
Mushroom bourguignon, lots of oven baked veggies.
Two crackers with hummus. Hard boiled egg.

WreckTangled · 12/02/2019 19:04

My fat belly disagrees jam Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/02/2019 19:37

Wreck do you feel any different in your body shape, clothes fitting? It's not all about the scales.

I think the cold I've been dodging is catching up with me. Feeling a bit run down with work and home stuff.

WreckTangled · 12/02/2019 19:48

Not sure. I should have done some measurements, I think my double chin has reduced Grin

Justanothermile · 12/02/2019 20:05

I've seen pictures of you, you don't have a big belly!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 12/02/2019 20:07

Evening all
13,456 steps today

B- toast and coffee
L- hm falafel, pitta, salad and hummus and plain yogurt with frozen berries
D- left over shepherd's pie.

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/02/2019 20:31

I don't believe you are fat wreck at all.

WreckTangled · 12/02/2019 20:35

I'm not fat, no. It's just my stomach. I can't get rid of that lower belly fat. Also my hips and bum. Proper pear shaped. I look ok in clothes but naked 🤢

Within calories today. Soup for lunch and unhealthy veggie sausage sandwich for dinner. It was so good. (Swimming night so always in a rush).

Not2bObvious · 12/02/2019 20:47

I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of my lower belly fat, not without surgery - I’m making a certain amount of peace with it. I think if I ever lose the fat I’d just be left with a pouch after 2 decent sized babies. That being said I do have a stone to go to even touch off my healthy bmi so who knows, stranger things have happened. I didn’t think I was that body critical but my eldest (14) said I say awful things about myself/hard on myself, goes to show how deep it runs, even when you try so hard you still slip up.
Cals under yesterday, just on target today. Over 36,000 steps in total this week so far, 1 hour on the treadmill this morning so was v pleased with that. Scales same as Sunday’s average, 161.4 - that’ll do just fine!

Wolfcub · 12/02/2019 20:59

I’m not even going to say what I’ve eaten. Today was going brilliantly until 4pm. On the plus side I am no longer unable to get warm. Life I am joining you on the snotty grotty bench I’m afraid

ChristmasSeacow · 12/02/2019 23:39

Snotty here too, started on Sunday bygim hoping I’ve peaked now and will feel better tomorrow.

Just read Jam’s earlier post and I do t know what boggles my mind more - doing three separate lots of exercise in one day or eating just half A chocolate bar Grin

Wolf it sounds as though life is a bit tough at the mo, be kind to yourself.

My SW group has moved to Tuesdays so I weighed in tonight, just 5 days after the last weigh-in, and I’d lost 2lb Shock. I didn’t expect that as I’d had that huge piece of cake and whatnot... though I mostly stuck to plan. I think I must have been wearing lighter clothes Grin. No official weigh-in for 3 weeks now as I’m missing the next 2 groups due to holiday. I’ve no idea what impact that will have as it’ll be hot (32C) so I may be less hungry, but otoh I think there’ll be a lot of oil in most of the food and also lots of beer etc. And I’m steeri g clear of salad etc as it’s a gut rot risk. So probably not great overall!

Wolfcub · 13/02/2019 05:36

Well done Sea
