Made soupy’s flapjack, forgot how much like crack it is in terms of addictiveness

Did need to snack - hummus and crackers, hard boiled egg, two dried apricots and a small piece of home made brownie.

After the gym, where I pushed the weights hard, my legs were wobbly and shaky - therefore food!

Pretty much good stuff tho.

Hey all, sounds like you're all doing fab especially with steps. That's where I've struggled the last few days since DH's surgery since we've been home alot more and he can't really be left with the kids yet. Hoping to get this going again starting tomorrow when eldest at school i'll take the wee one out in the buggy.

I had a sneak peek at the scales on Friday and im hoping it shows the same tomorrow. Will update in the morning. I'll be pleased with any loss given the lack of movement this week.

Food today - toast and light philly with an apple for breakfast

Lunch was a chicken nugget happy meal with water (410 cals) after softplay

Dinner was chicken and veg pie with root veg mash and some extra veggies on the side.

Will have a jelly later and 3 mikado sticks and come in just under my cals for today.

Grab bag of hula hoops

Sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and ham
Jaffa cakes 10

Dinner was stand n stuff type soft tacos with Mexican style shredded chicken and salad. Yum.

That is fantastic zebra, you have done so well - how you feeling? You must be noticing a great difference in your clothes with 1.5 stone gone.
Scales up .8 on Friday which is really good for a Monday. Feeling in the zone👊

My menu keeps changing today. Didn’t fancy my planned porridge so had all bran and granola, then on a little outing with my kids (half term here too) I shared a rather large cream eclair. So that meant some rejigging. Going to have homemade Italian meatballs with fresh pasta. I’m still short on protein & fibre but I might hit them later.
Nearly 14,000 steps through various means

We are not half term folk until next week either, I don't know any other area that's not off!

Zebra - that's fantastic, bloody well done you.

Well done on the workout happier!

Foods today.
Avocado on toast with some marmite (for B12 and various vitamins).
Couscous salad, banana, hard boiled egg, handful of grapes.
Half a jacket potato and half a sweet potato, creamy mushroom sauce and broccoli.
Two small crackers and hummus, small piece of brownie.

Lots of herbal tea!

Long dog walk and a three mile jog on sore legs from increasing my weights at the gym. My average steps are 21k at present so I've taken my Garmin off...!
