Fucking Hell I feel disgusting

Fuck I'm so fed up with being fat. I look and feel disgusting. Does anybody else feel this way? It's time for me to take control.

Today I am starting my 'new me' regime. I've literally had enough of looking like this. Nothing fits me. I look a mess, a fat mess. Grin

Well I had a diet shake for breakfast and a chicken salad for lunch.. had crisps ice cream and chocolate a blip so skipped dinner and have done 17k steps today.

I was talking to a friend this afternoon though and realised mon- fri is 15 meals. 15 times to make the right decision which can't be that hard so that's how I'm going to look at it from now on. That's 2/15 done already.

I was terrible yesterday. Had a house viewing at half 6 and by the time they'd gone I couldn't be bothered cooking so ordered a takeaway. Oops.

Back on it for the rest of the week. Not feeling enthusiastic about it.

No you need to be positive, every day is a new day so put that shit in the past and start fresh. You can do it just concentrate on what's in front of you (insert fist bump here)

I've got 17 days until I go. I really wanted to be down to 9st7 but that is 8lbs a way. TBF I've lost just over a stone in 7 weeks so I was never going to get to 9st7 by then!!! 5lbs off I am hoping is doable. And I am taking my pilates ring and my TRX strap with me and planning to do a 30 minute work out every day of holiday and stick to my normal breakfast and dinner 90% of the time.
We will get there!!! PMA and all that jazz.

I do 5-6 gym classes a week at home, I need to keep up a level or I will lose too much fitness. I had major hip surgery at the end of March so it is all part of my rehab. I find exercise is what will rescue me from some poor eating!!

Sorry, I don't mean at home, I mean when not on holiday Blush badly worded.

I spin twice a week, do a gym circuit twice a week (50 reps on 6 machines and 16 mins of cardio), an aqua class and trx (suspension training) once or twice a week. Yesterday I totally wasn't feeling spinning, but went anyway. I felt epic that after a long day and 10k steps I still went and did 12 miles of spin. The endorphins are always worth it! And my body is definitely looking better and more compact. Just need to lose all the fat covering my fit bod.

But on my none gym days I either do Yoga for Runner with Adrienne or Gillian Michaels or find a random youtube vid of body combat or similar. Plus my physio exercises (clams, lifts, lunges, squats, donkey kicks)

Weirdly the more I do the more energy I get. It's tough with two small kids and work, but worth it. I am definitely looking better and feeling better for it.

Ok feeling slightly more positive today about working out. Had bad house selling related news so have somewhat comforted myself with food but I'll be better tomorrow. (I'll have to be there are no snacks left!!!)

Feel better for working out and took out my house selling frustration on my kettle bell

well done silver!! I am very much not on track, working out still but not been eating well at all, all week. V stressed.

Will go food shopping on fri, so will try plan healthy meals etc and try calorie count next week.
