Fuck I'm so fed up with being fat. I look and feel disgusting. Does anybody else feel this way? It's time for me to take control.

Today I am starting my 'new me' regime. I've literally had enough of looking like this. Nothing fits me. I look a mess, a fat mess. Grin

It's been a bad week, dinner out for anniversary, work event in london on Monday and then an horrific period that meant I ate crisps and choc for dinner last night. Still will manage 5 gym trips this week so hoping only 1lb on. I am so close to my first target of being back into healthy weight that I am so frustrated with myself. Still got 2 stone to lose. I can see I am looking better, but still a long way to go.

I don't really eat much because I tend to eat one meal a day at home. It's not a great habit but I guess if I make food for the day, I don't do portion control well so makes more sense to have one nice meal at 3 and then drink water later on. May be I should get something light for dinner too

I didn't weigh in this morning as was rushing about and forgot, will do it in the morning but after the week I've had I know it will be crap.

Dd is all better now though so I won't be reaching for the biscuits again so feeling positive for the week ahead

Hope everyone is ok and staying away from the ice cream in this heat!

Up 0.5 lbs from last weigh in even though I've been calorie counting. Getting a bit fucked off now. Definitely more toned though my bum looks a lot better.

I don't want to cut any more calories because I'm knackered as it is.

Could be fluid retention from the heat, time of the month, toilet pattern, natural body fluxes, take your pick! Don't let it get to you just keep kicking butt!

Could very well be due to the heat. I don't drink nearly enough and when I do drink enough the weight drops off.

I'm still going for it because i don't want to be chubby on holiday and in enjoying kettle bells so carrying on with that too!

It matters more what I look like than what the scales say I suppose!!

Lost nothing this week, but I didn't put on anything either so I'm counting that as a win! I'm also having the period from hell so bloat on top of fat and all the water I'm drinking, you could roll me out the door Grin

Would anyone have any recommendations for helping with water retention?

Not a great week for me either - 1/2lb down. Horrible pmt, really negative mood & down in the dumps and everything seems like a big deal so I'm going to just put it behind me and keep trying.

I seem to have been stuck for a bit, but think I am a pound down. But, before and after photos are beginning to show changes. I'm working out five times a week and really hoping the weight loss will speed up. 1lb to go to back to healthy weight and then I was almost another 2st down to get to middle of the bottom of the healthy range. Damn being so short.

I've not been eating well at all this week. Ds has been off nursery sick and I am such a fridge picker!! At work I can't do it because of I don't take it I can't eat it! To top it off my friend is coming over today and bringing McDonald's for lunch!

However I was very pleasantly surprised by what I saw in the mirror this morning I'm definitely more toned and feeling really good about it. I'm a long way off having a 6 pack but there's certainly some definition there.

Assume eating will be back on track by the end of the week!!

Sounds like a crap week all round. I'm also having period from hell, since having the coil fitted mine have sucked. Bastards.

I'm pretty sure the thing for water retention is to drink more water and reduce salt. Not 100% sure as it sounds counter productive but that's what my spidey sense is telling me!

I'm reminding myself of 1 day at a time. I've binged most days lately and need a smack to get my butt back in gear.

I am back to the green! Just, so long way to go, but that's my first big step. I am going to try a TRX class this morning, loads of exercise for me is the thing that will save me from when I eat off plan.

Not great week for me either, I had food poisoning so have hardly eaten this week. Got on scales and looked like I'd lost half a stone. I was so thrilled, I got on again, and looks like original result was an error and I've probably lost at most 1lb. So I really dont know what I'm doing wrong. That shocked, once in a lifetime feeling of being below 13 stone was sadly so fleeting Sad

I am just fluctuating between 11st and 11st 3! its driving me INSANE

I admittedly have been rubbish at eating well this week but I have been working out 5 times a week without fail. some days I think I look better and other days I look just as fat as I did when I started.

feel really demoralised!

Going to do a week of meal replacement for breakfast, salad for lunch and soup for dinner. And no carbs. Eeeek!

I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. Not been bad today but not the healthiest. About to do kettle bell workout. I took more pictures yesterday and according to dp I definitely look different. I think I do but I dunno. I haven't actually lost much weight at all so I'm almost convincing myself I look the same. Going to carry on though. Will try and be healthy this week though too. Should prob calorie count.

I usually go by how my clothes feel if the scale isn't being friendly. Keeps me going if they are getting baggy or keeps me motivated if not!

I've set a goal for holiday which is achievable but no room for slip ups and gains so I really am going to have to get a grip from now on.

I'm not sure how my clothes feel to be honest! I've not been wearing jeans with the weather I guess that's how id usually tell.

Took another progress photo in exactly the same underwear as when I started. Can see no difference at all. Must have been wearing more flattering pants yesterday. Sigh.

Definitely calorie counting now until the holiday.

I used to eat what I wanted pre ds and always bee between 10st 7 and 11st. Gahhhhh.
