Im sick of being 10st 12. I want ot to drop to 10.5 for a start. Then not so far to 10st then drop under 10st.

lastqueenofscotland · 17/02/2017 11:47

Boop I'm a parkrun fanatic! You'll love it.

I've just done my meal plan waiting for a very late client...

Tonight: out with a friend. Just need to be sensible and only have one course!
Tomorrow: vegetable fried rice (Home made!)
Sunday: potato and sugar snap peas salad
Monday: caramelised aubergine and pesto pasta
Tuesday: hallumi, courgette and asparagus
Wednesday: jacket potato with beans
Thursday: paneer curry and naan.

Not really diet food but I'm focus sing mainly on portions...

HairsprayBabe · 17/02/2017 12:13

I'm the same Nikki I am fed up being stuck in the top half of 11 it is far to close to 12 for my liking, I really want and get to 11.7 first, then 11.3 then sub 11!

Meal plan looks good lasty

Today - Digbeth dining club, will be good have a salad or something low on carbs - no drinkin
Tomorrow - Gloucester with the girls - build your own burgers
Sunday - hangover brunch
Monday - MIL
Tues - soup?
Wed - Italian Salad - leaves olives tomatoes artichokes mozzarella etc.
Thursday - BIRTHDAY - AALLL THE CAKE
Friday - Geneva why bother dieting pass the cheese

I don't think 11.7 looks likely before the end of the month...

BeyondUnderthinking · 17/02/2017 13:50

Wooo, birthday cake!!! 🎂

My lunch was scrambled egg, half an avocado and some cherry toms. Visiting parents for dinner, so that could be a disaster... 😕

BitOutOfPractice · 17/02/2017 13:53

Lunch here was some Thai vegetable soup and a slice of home made asparagus and bacon flan which was deeeeeeelish though I say so myself

I lost 2kg in January and now stuck.

I did body pump and 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill today but I bet it does nothing.

BeyondUnderthinking · 17/02/2017 13:58

That does sound gorgeous BOOP - do you have a recipe?

BitOutOfPractice · 17/02/2017 14:07

Guess what! It's a Hairy Bikers recipe. Quite quick and easy to do

I am so hungry and won't be having dinner with my friend until about 7/8 today Angry

BitOutOfPractice · 17/02/2017 17:20

I never eat till 8 usually last

OP posts:
lastqueenofscotland · 17/02/2017 17:58

Boop I'm rarely even home from work till 8 but had a super light lunch to negate some of the damage from tonight and now I'm starving! I usually have my big meal at lunch and a light dinner

Millie04 · 17/02/2017 18:24

I had a small ish jacket spud with beans for tea. That has surely earned me some Prosecco credits???Wink

BitOutOfPractice · 17/02/2017 20:40

Tonight the bf has made for dinner:
Salt and pepper prawns, special egg fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken. Better than a take away Grin

BitOutOfPractice · 17/02/2017 20:47

And all diet friendly!

Your boyf sounds like a keeper BOOP. My husband is lovely but can't won't cook anything unless it once moo-ed and it can be thrown on the bbq.

Off to Parkrun shortly (whenever I think/write Parkrun I sort of shout it out in my head Blur PARKLIFE style). My calf was twanging this morning so not sure how I'll go.

BeyondUnderthinking · 17/02/2017 21:32

Food at my parents was less than ideal. But, logged it all and (though it did include exercise calories) I came in at 10 under my mfp goal. So I'll count that as a win. Perhaps a bronze day today... Grin

BitOutOfPractice · 17/02/2017 21:35

Beyond I'd call that a win

Archie good luck. Hope the twangs keep st bay.

I am pogged and have accidentally drunk wine Shock

ponygirlcurtis · 17/02/2017 22:29

That sounds immense BOOP. How does he make the salt and chilli prawns (I love that from my takeaway but have been too scared to order one for ages, for fear of having all the calories).

Beyond that's a great day in my book!

Arch enjoy your Parkrun - watch out for the dirty pigeons, they love a bit of it!

Archduke · 17/02/2017 23:39

PBPBPBPBPBPBPBPBBPBPBBPBPBPB

PB!!!!!!!!!!

30:56

I bloody LOVE Parkrun

Archduke · 17/02/2017 23:40

What does pogged mean? Tired? Pissed? Full?

All of the above?

BitOutOfPractice · 18/02/2017 00:06

Oh Archie that is an amazing time and a PB! Very well done Star

Pogged means full. Very full.

Pony I'll ask him what recipe he used though I know he tweaked it. He's snoring away at the moment

Arch you machine!! Nearly at sub 30!!

I am only just on a cab home... Whoops.

lastqueenofscotland · 18/02/2017 07:47

Just getting ready for parkrun.

It will be dehydration from wine but I just hopped on the scales and I'm 9st 9 Shock

Archduke · 18/02/2017 07:56

Ooooh go you Queenie!

Once I get sub-30 mins I'll retire Grin

KikisDeliveryService · 18/02/2017 07:57

Good time arch! I now have Parklife in my head... I used to run that fast

I am still a Linda over my last week's low and I'm heartily disappointed. No NSVs either. I aced yesterday, had a slightly shitty day at work so bust out an unexpected solo 5k in the evening along with a golden food day even though I fasted Thursday.

I realised that because I already did the big weight loss a few years ago, and now I'm a stone heavier that I don't even get the occasional joy of people noticing I've lost weight, they're probably just thinking 'I knew it would last'.

I'm thoroughly sick of it, but far too belligerent to give up. Angry grumble grumble
