I cracked and fell off the wagon yesterday. Victoria sponge, a few chips, biscuits, spanakopita and baklava.
However, I have decided to do 1:6 - i.e., 1 feast day and 6 fast (800 cal) days. I also had a gin and some wine.
I feel bloody terrible today, though. I am having IBS type symptoms, put it that way! I had scrambled eggs for brunch and felt vile afterwards, so I've just had some toast to see if it helps. Not yet it doesn't, anyway! All in all, that's probably no more than 500 calories for the day.
