Mmm, delicious chocolate battles. I would say that I'm winning them in that I can vanquish a bar of lindt no problem. 
Ok, that's not very motivational. So my wins this week are - I've been eating delicious salad lunches at work packed full of nutritious delights. While I was coping with sickly mum I couldn't fathom getting that organised first thing, but now it's all becoming possible again.
Progress. Also I've started using a standing desk at work which I believe is a pretty good calorie burner compared to sitting all day.
On the negative side, my feet are really sore from the dark, frosty run I did on Wednesday. I wore the same running shoes and socks I always wear but am suffering now. I can only deduce that I was running more cautiously or something so striking the ground differently? No idea. I run once or twice a week usually so this is surprising. use of standing desk has not helped sore feet, haha
I have spotted no famous people today.
