Now we slide frostily into Christmas with the hope of losing more (or at least not losing our grip completely)

Good morning guilty concience that I have been avoiding for the last week!!

I'm away at the mo so can't weigh (or start), but as soon as I get home I'll be on the 7lbs in January thread... :)

Ive sent them home and had a nap!
Ironically I would have taken home leftover food last night, this place does huge portions usually but not yesterday, so I will need to assemble an actual dinner.

There's leftover Prosecco but I should probably save that to take the edge off the first day back in the office!!! ( I mean drink it after, not before, lol)
