Well done Loli that's amazing news.

I am down another 1/4 lb this morning which brings me to about the same weight as I was this time last year. I can't believe all the work I have done then thrown away to end up at the same place! I was almost 2 stone lighter at one point! Grrr

Wow - we're all wasting away here, isn't it glorious!
stew that is a head melter, but you're back on track - if you hadn't turned it around the numbers could be a lot worse. No looking back, only forward

Not2bObvious · 28/09/2016 07:40

We'll need a new thread soon, mfp 6!

coragreta · 28/09/2016 07:41

Everyone seems to be doing so well this week. It's great.
Feeling much better today. Ready to eat something.
If anyone is wondering I've lost 2.5lbs in 2days. Not the best way to do it but I hope that it stays off when I start eating again.

Not2bObvious · 28/09/2016 07:51

I'm really glad you're on the mend cora, if you think of it you've kinda done a 2 day involuntary fast (although the associated symptoms are grim) Don't over tax your system today, lots of water & light food. If you do that the next couple of days you'll get to keep that loss and maybe get shot of another pound

Overtiredbackagain · 28/09/2016 08:04

I'm another 1.5lbs down on yesterday so that's 3.75 in 10 days Grin

That has given me the much needed boost I needed from yesterday. Still an emotional wreck today though, I'm struggling with my DD disabilities right now and she was formally classes as disabled yesterday and we take delivery of her squiggles chair tomorrow Sad

Not2bObvious · 28/09/2016 08:13

Oh over, no wonder you felt stressed - that's a lot to take in, of course you knew there was issues but having a definitive diagnosis must have hit you hard. I can't imagine how that must feel but I think you're super woman to take control of your weight with all this going on, for you 💐

Overtiredbackagain · 28/09/2016 08:25

We don't have a formal diagnosis yet. She has a genetic abnormality which is causing a gross motor development delay, do at 15 months she has the physical age of 8-9 months, although she is mentally where she needs to be right now. She also has scoliosis, which was diagnosed at our 20 week scan and will need surgery by the time she's two. Sad

I need to address my weight now because I am physically struggling with her weight, she cannot sit unaided as yet. I need to start exercise of some form, build myself up, I just don't have time.

But she's our little ray of sunshine, she's the cheekiest, funniest little girl.

Bathsheba3 · 28/09/2016 09:20

Over - you are amazing. Flowers

Overtiredbackagain · 28/09/2016 09:37

I wish that were true Sad

Not2bObvious · 28/09/2016 10:47

Just read this on another thread I'm following, hope the op won't mind me robbing it:

Avoid empty calories. Food is fuel not a friend, you cannot "feed your soul" with food so fill it with music and books and dog walks instead or as I'm saying walk yourself, I don't have a dog but I can sure act like one with my "treats"

Bathsheba3 · 28/09/2016 11:24

It is true over. Even with all you do for your DD, which sounds really tough, you have recognised your own needs too. Ride the emotions - don't block them (or do as I do and drown them in alcohol & chocolate!). No problem in having a teary day, or two, or a week. One step at a time. Hope there is someone nearby to give you a very big hug.
