I was talking to DP about his speech today- I said are you nervous? He said no, its only going to be a few lines Hmm lol

I exercise as soon as I get in from work before dinner. (5.15-6) I get up at 6am every morning for work so don't think I could get up any earlier to exercise. x

SoonToBeMrsB · 22/04/2015 09:16

The thought of speeches and first dances and people staring at me and me falling down the aisle is exactly why we're eloping! Grin

Fast day went perfectly yesterday, porridge at 12pm and a Sainsbury's "My Goodness" ready meal before college at 5.30pm, 2x coffees, plenty of sugar free orange squash. Glad to be eating today though!

B: Large bowl of apple and cinnamon overnight oats (made with Jersey milk - yum!), coffee
L: Massive salad with ham, salami, two boiled eggs, feta cheese and an olive oil dressing
D: Bunless cheeseburger with salad and mayo
S: Babybel, 2x clementines, banana
E: 1hr bootcamp

So what diet are you doing atm Soon the 5:2? Let me know how you get on at your weigh in- I tried it for a month but the scales didn't budge!

I'm really rubbish at public speaking so I don't blame him tbh. I wish we were both more confident so we could be good hosts but we're not so our guests will have to mix around us!! Grin

SoonToBeMrsB · 22/04/2015 09:29

Yup, I'm doing 5:2 for now. I like how I feel psychologically and I'm now 8 days binge free Grin that's my longest running streak in months! I feel in control and telling myself that I can eat tomorrow, or I can go out for dinner at the weekend without worrying about being over calories feels very freeing. I lost 4lbs in a week last time I tried it, though I think I'll need to move WI to a Friday morning now if I'm fasting Tuesday/Thursday - it makes no sense to keep weighing on a Tuesday after four days of high calories.

You really seem to have gotten a handle on it Mrs B . Well done.

I had a 'well day ' yesterday so am grateful for that. OH drove us all around the Brecon beacons in that lovely April sunshine.

Was fabulous.

Trying to keep an eye on food I am eating. A bit difficult away from home though.

Hope you are all doing well.

Dowser · 22/04/2015 10:10

I'm the same Diddly. I'll be doing a speech. Give e a stage and I'm on it!

I was a drama student so no surprises there.

gotredonyou · 22/04/2015 10:20

Brilliant- Any plan that keeps you from binging must be a winner! x

SoonToBeMrsB · 22/04/2015 10:26

I'm so proud of myself, which might sound crazy to an outsider but I was in a helpless spiral of binges every single day so eight days feels like a lifetime. I'm the lowest weight I've been in a year and I'm so close to being back in the 13's I can taste them!

That sounds really lovely Dowser, I'm glad you had a good time. Sometimes taking a day to get away from it is all you need xo

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/04/2015 10:37

Great work Mrs B!! That feeling of freedom from bingeing is immense, keep it up!

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 10:46

Well done Soon on no binging.

Glad you had a well day Dowser.

I've been out for a long walk with the pooch this morning. I'm going to do some arm exercises as they look fat. My dress is sleeveless so I'll be self conscious.

I don't think we'll be doing speeches. Our wedding day is small and the party is informal. That could change though after a few vinos! I may feel the need to make a speech? I like public speaking anyway. Do will end up crying if he does oneGrin

I haven't eaten yet. Think I'll have beans on toast?

AF is due so I have water retention. Luckily my weight has stayed the same.

I have a dance party Tomorrow night so will burn plenty of cals then. The theme is red and white for St George's day. I have a red dress but fancy a white flower hair accessory. I'll have a look in town tomorrow after a work meeting.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 10:46

Do should be dp.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 12:43

I've ordered and paid for my bouquet Smile

That's gorgeous! FSC I'm having dark red roses and gypsophila in mine. x

CookieMonster101 · 22/04/2015 13:12

I'm normally out the house 7-7 so too tired in the evening. Might try and get up earlier but already setting my alarm for 5.30 so feels like a pain.

Right now I'm walking to work though so am aiming to do 10000 steps a day. Will try to do that for a while and then add exercise I think.

Fsc, what a beautiful bouquet!

SoonToBeMrsB · 22/04/2015 13:27

I've just ordered a Fitbit (just the cheapest one, I don't need to track flights of stairs as I only climb the same two flights to get to my flat, and I don't need a sleep tracker because I'm an insomniac so I already know I don't sleep well!) because I hardly walk at all any more, I live and work so close to train stations and I work in an office so I'll be surprised if I do more than 2000 steps most days. I'd like to get some more incidental exercise in, I've recently been getting off the train one stop early and walking the 15 minutes home.

gotred is your hair dark?

I've ordered my ivory underwear too from Debenhams. Just need DSS' outfits and am more or less sorted. Dp has his suit, cost twice the price of my dress!

gotredonyou · 22/04/2015 14:06

No i'm a natural blonde with highlights, why?

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 14:39

I just imagined you as a brunette with that bouquet. I'm a fake blondeGrin

gotredonyou · 22/04/2015 14:43

Isn't it weird how we form a picture of someone in our heads just from talking to them- Bet we would be surprised if we all met!

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 15:03

I agree. I've met a few miners. One is one of my best friends now, travelling from Wales for my wedding partySmile

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 15:03

Mners but know plants of ex miners haha.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 15:05

Oh fgs PLENTY!!!

Dowser · 22/04/2015 17:38

Is this special underwear that tucks you in. I might run to a new bra and nicks.

Too hot for spanx. Boned corsets etc. Don't want to be resuscitated on my wedding day.

Going to an all u can eat. That should be fun. Must not go near dessert trolley.

Dowser · 22/04/2015 17:39

Your flowers are lovely FsC.

Gosh isn't it getting exciting.

FreakinScaryCaaw · 22/04/2015 22:00

No they don't pull me in. My tummy has gone down thank goodness.

I am starting to get excited. I think it's because I'm getting organised.
