Our honeymoon is a cruise to the Norwegian Fjords then big party when we return.

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 10:19

Wow 8 weeks freakin, you're on the final countdown now. I think 14lbs in 8 weeks is doable, what exercise are you doing?
Body coach transformations are incredible but I think the ones who see the biggest change are people who eat a crappy diet with alcohol and lots of processed food, can't be certain but that's my theory.
I recommend body coach but you have to be disciplined and you must exercise! Also if you skip a meal or don't eat as much as you should you end up snacking, have to be dedicated. The meal portions are big, never eaten so many green vegetables in a 2 week period

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 10:20

NYC for honeymoon will be excellent, are you going to go to Boston and Long Island too?

FreakinScaryCaaw · 21/04/2015 10:22

Yes they look great. How much is it to join?

FreakinScaryCaaw · 21/04/2015 10:27

Diddly I don't snack and have an active job but feel I need to do more aerobic exercise. I dance and power walk with work but it's not enough.

I'm going to up my vegetables as they do fill me. I eat enough protein. I don't eat white bread pasta or rice.

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 10:30

It's 49 a month and it's a three month program. It's good to follow people on Instagram with #90daysssplan to see what people eat and there are support group on Facebook, you could hang out there and get a really good feel before investing

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 10:31

I have to eat 165g of greens with lunch and dinner

SoonToBeMrsB · 21/04/2015 10:42

We looked at a trip to Boston and I'd love to do it but it's a bit further than we'd like to travel - we were considering Philly as it's $30 return on the Megabus from Port Authority and two hours each way. Plus, cheese steaks!

We're going to do the Jersey Mall and Coney Island (we've only ever been to NY in the winter and Coney Island is much more fun in the sunshine!), though I'm gutted because it's looking like we'll miss the annual Mermaid Parade by about a week! It looks super camp and hilarious, I really wanted to be there for that Grin

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 10:44

Oh I thought Boston wasn't much further, I remember in my gap year back packing days heading up there on the bus. You'll have a fab time!

SoonToBeMrsB · 21/04/2015 11:00

It is about four hours each way, which would be too long to do in done day so it would mean faffing about checking in and out of hotels to stay there overnight and then go back to NYC. We've done all of the touristy stuff twice so this time we're going to take our time and venture further afield.

We are honeymooning in Mexico, leaving the Monday after our Sat wedding- can't wait!! :)

I'm 5ft 5 and currently 11.9 so similar to you Diddly- Would appreciate some recipes? I do his HIIT routines on youtube but there is only 3 to choose from so I get bored easily. I think he gives you access to a larger database when you join though- is that right??

I worry about the lack of sweet things but have seen on IG he does protein pancakes, sweet potato brownies & greek yoghurt with berries etc but guess that's in the later stages?

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 11:18

Ooh Mexico fabulous!

To be fair the database of exercises doesn't grow much from what you find on his you tube channel but just search you tube and the web for HIIT workouts and you will find loads. As long as you do 25 mins of HIIT 5 days a week you're laughing.

SoonToBeMrsB · 21/04/2015 11:19

Damn you both, I'm combing through his website and it looks really good! It looks tough but do-able and starting the Monday after my birthday celebrations would take me to the week before we leave for Turkey... hmm. It's a lot of money though Sad

Many thanks for your Pm's Diddly

So basically you have a low carb breakfast/lunch do some Hiit and you can have some carbs in your dinner? So if you did Hiit 5 times a week mon-fri does that mean you cant have any carbs at the weekend??

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 11:31

No, you don't eat, you do your 25 min HIIT and then eat a meal with carbs. Then your other two meals are low/no carb. You only eats carbs post workout.

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 11:33

It takes 7-10 working days for your plan to arrive as its personalised and 25 different variables are taken into consideration.

SoonToBeMrsB · 21/04/2015 11:35

Do you follow his workout plan? Are they online videos or written plans?

I already have unlimited access to a bootcamp facility where a trainer does 30 minute HIIT sessions back to back all day, and you just pick and choose when to turn up and how many sessions you stay for. He uses a mixture of cardio, body weight and dumbbells/kettlebells. Is it similar to that?

OP posts:
gotredonyou · 21/04/2015 11:36

hmmm ok so you have to do the HIIT first thing in the morning? Or could I do it after work and have a carb dinner, low carb breakfast/lunch? x

DiDiddlyIDi · 21/04/2015 11:37

You could do it in the evening but more effective fasted. But yeah you have the idea

gotredonyou · 21/04/2015 11:48

Sorry for all the questions!! lol Thanks :) well I'm kind of doing that at the mo but only 3 hiit sessions a week in the evenings so I might try and switch it to the mornings 5 times a week. I already get up at 6am now though so will be tough :( x

FreakinScaryCaaw · 21/04/2015 12:03

Thanks for the info Diddly.

Off to do some training at work so be sitting on my bum for 4 hours.

I'll do exercise tonight and have walked the dog to the cliffs and back.

I've eaten a banana, seeded toast and baked beans plus one large raw carrot. I stopped myself from eating a full tin of beans as I love them. 1 slice of toast. Have had plenty of water too.

CookieMonster101 · 21/04/2015 18:44

I think I'm last, wedding is in August 2016.

I'm rubbish with exercise, you lot all sound very active! When I'm. Back from work I'm so tired I just can't be bothered anymore.

SoonToBeMrsB · 21/04/2015 21:33

Cookie

I have to either run at 6am or go to the gym/bootcamp straight from work because if I sat down first, I'd never do it! I'm up at 7.30, I walk the dog, eat breakfast, out the door at 8.20, work 9-5, bootcamp 5.30-6.30, train home, make dinner, bath while it's cooking, eat, dry my hair and THEN I sit down for the night. DP says it's exhausting to watch but if I stopped I'd fall asleep!

We get married in Tenerife. All the family coming. Really looking forward to it.

The wedding won't be bad either.

We are having two weeks and the family one.

Not too long to go now.

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/04/2015 08:55

Finished my speech this morning, it was either think about food or eat food or do something else so I did my speech. Not sure how many brides do a speech but I want to do one probably because I can never keep my trap shut!

Re feeling tired and exercising, I swear as soon as you quite wheat in any form and eat well you sleep so much better and have more energy to exercise.
