Me today,

B- apple, yogurt, cashew nuts and honey
L- salmon and salad
D- honey sesame chicken legs with a greek salad.

I put on 4 stone whilst pregnant!!

Sorry for being AWOL. Lost 2lbs this week so 11 stone now.

Menu

Oatso and ss milk
Soup, bagel, cereal bar
Spag Bol, choc mousse
Apple, crackers, yoghurt, toffee crisp biscuit bar

Hey. Twinkle you're doing so well and you're inspiring me.
Sorry for sloping off for so long. Its been a very tricky time. Trouble is the medication Im on now is not helping my weight and I am enormous.
I haven't weighed myself actually.
Need to really shape up.
Must stop the Wine
