Well Wednesday didn’t go to plan as neither one of us could be bothered to go food shopping
B - crunchy nut with semi-skimmed milk
L - butternut squash soup (homemade) with a bread roll – ended up with half a portion as DH was a bloody idiot put two bowls in the microwave and one up-ended.
D – chicken kiev with chips and veg
S – Oh where to start? I ate a lot and then some more.
I didn’t sleep Wednesday night AT ALL so DH told me to take the morning off and sleep. Would have been great had next doors builders been a bit quieter so I got no sleep. DH decided he’d leave work a bit earlier so I didn’t go in at all, instead just worked from home.

L – err, Heinz beans and sausages 
D – asparagus, broccoli and dolcelatte soufflé (disappointing to be honest) with veg followed by warm chocolate fondant (nice but nothing special)
S – Two cadburys “egg and spoon”, some revels, S&V squares
I had horrendous stomach ache last night so ended up leaving half my dessert (unheard of) as I just had to go home. Ended up in bed by 9.
Did an online shop last night and I’m impressed with myself. No chocolate, biscuits or crisps ordered. I’m going to stop this incessant snacking.
I’ve actually lost 1lb this week yet bump has grown massive so I’m putting the loss down to not eating out every night this week. Oh and I have my first few stretchmarks. Surprisingly ok about it.
