Today's menu

Cereal(weighed out 25g)
100ml ss milk

Slice of bread
Bag of crisps
Mini muffin
Apple

Dinner was pie, 100g new potatoes and veg

Snacked on yogurt and a nutrigrain bar

Well done Twinkle
I feel great this morning. A combination, i think, of yesterday's fast and not drinking. Im ashamed how easily i slid back into drinking every day. I pledge to not drink until friday.
So a NFD for me. But i am keen to avoid mindless eating, comfort eating and snacking.
O &D FRs (except Hazel you can go upwards for a while yet Grin)

We are doing ok and getting back into it. I ate a bit mindless-y on the weekend and found myself eating for reasons other than hunger. Better yesterday though. Grin

Well I FAILED miserably yesterday

B – cup of decaf tea and 2 drifter biscuits
L – tuna mayo wrap
D – leftover shepherds pie (ridiculously small portion)
S – mini cheddars, a caramel wafer, twix, popcorn, half a bowl of chips, hot chocolate

I did, however, manage a 2 mile walk.

Today is equally miserable on the food front

B - honey nut shredded wheat with skimmed milk
L - 2 cheese and brown sauce rolls (do not judge me!)
D - Probably spaghetti carbonara with garlic bread
S - drifter biscuit, caramel wafer (the cheap ones from Tesco - I am obsessed), squares, twix.

Will either go for a walk again tonight or do my DVD. I feel a bit faint today though - may need to up my fluids.

Amanda you did very well to avoid the bolognaise. I wouldn't have managed that.

Twinkle I take my hat off to you for measuring your cereal. I always do that, think "is that it?!" and continue to shake a bit more into the bowl doubling the portion

NFD today
B: porridge with healthy crap on. White coffee
L: leftover Chinese rice with unhealthy crap on. Apple.
D: small portion of chicken parmagiano. Crusty bread (smallish amount).
S: four biccies. Five squares of turkish delight Blush
D: tea, coffee, fanta zero, water.
No wine pathetic
I need to increase my intake of fruit and veg. And for the dcs too. Not sure why it seems so bloody difficult. They eat more fruit than i do, thankfully.
FD tomorrow.

Do you know what one of my favourite meals is? Well I have loads but I like instant noodles fried with beans and lots of melted cheese with a dash or two of Worcester sauce Yum.

Grin I am trying not to just eat for the sake of eating though and failing

Yesterday:

S - drifter biscuit, caramel wafer, squares, twix, 2 ginger biscuits, 2 x hot chocolate

I didn't exercise in the end as I was shattered but I also didn't snack after dinner. I did have 2 hot chocolates but no food entered my mouth which I'm pretty pleased about!

Today:
B - crunchy nut with semi-skimmed milk
L - butternut squash soup (homemade) with a bread roll
D - no idea yet as we're off to Aldi for the first time in about 4 months! I actually fancy a baked potato with cheese and beans but I might go for something a bit more exotic!

I also need to increase my intake of fruit and veg amanda the amount of days I have none is quite frankly terrifying. I have a small glass of orange juice every morning but that's just pathetic! Going to stock up at Aldi I think.

I'm so tired today, DH kept me awake most of the night with his tossing and turning, huffing that he couldn't sleep and then snoring and then my bloody hip started burning again. Still, a reasonably easy day at work for me so I'm not too bothered.

I def eat less fruit and veg on mat leave. I was more in a routine of eating when I was at work - I was more in a routine of everything when I was at work! I'm not going to stress about it though. I only gave birth 4 and a half weeks ago and I'll be back at work before I know it so I'm going to cut myself some slack!

Bad snacking today - 2 doughnuts, Jaffa cake and a bag of hula hoops. Thank god for breastfeeding and burning 500 cals a day!

Also went on a 45 min walk with the pram.

Well my fd was great. But that was monday. I was meant to fast on wednesday but had an unbelievably horrible day at work which led to some evening snacking. Yesterday i ate a lot of crap (large bar of fruit and nut) and also had three glasses of wine.
I had planned a fd today. I might do it, but cant guarantee i have the mental strength.

Twinkle Envy I now really want a doughnut!

Well Wednesday didn’t go to plan as neither one of us could be bothered to go food shopping
B - crunchy nut with semi-skimmed milk
L - butternut squash soup (homemade) with a bread roll – ended up with half a portion as DH was a bloody idiot put two bowls in the microwave and one up-ended.
D – chicken kiev with chips and veg
S – Oh where to start? I ate a lot and then some more.

I didn’t sleep Wednesday night AT ALL so DH told me to take the morning off and sleep. Would have been great had next doors builders been a bit quieter so I got no sleep. DH decided he’d leave work a bit earlier so I didn’t go in at all, instead just worked from home.

B – crunchy nut with semi-skimmed milk
L – err, Heinz beans and sausages Blush
D – asparagus, broccoli and dolcelatte soufflé (disappointing to be honest) with veg followed by warm chocolate fondant (nice but nothing special)
S – Two cadburys “egg and spoon”, some revels, S&V squares

I had horrendous stomach ache last night so ended up leaving half my dessert (unheard of) as I just had to go home. Ended up in bed by 9.

Did an online shop last night and I’m impressed with myself. No chocolate, biscuits or crisps ordered. I’m going to stop this incessant snacking.

I’ve actually lost 1lb this week yet bump has grown massive so I’m putting the loss down to not eating out every night this week. Oh and I have my first few stretchmarks. Surprisingly ok about it.

One slice bread, no butter but lots of cherry toms

Today

One slice Tesco Finest French boule (it is amazing)
no butter just Bonne Maman Blueberry jam

one plum
2 slices frozen banana

lots of tea

Dinner will be homemade Chicken and coconut curry, pappad, chutney and loads of fresh coriander on top

Sparkling water

couple of squares chocolate with cup of tea.

(now lets see if I stick to that).
