Yesterday
B: 1 slice toast (homemade white bread) with smooth peanut butter.
L: small sausage sandwich. 2 packs cornsnack things, 1 apple (yay).
D: small portion of roast lamb dinner.

D&S: some wine, some cashews, six squares of yummy hazlenut chocolate.
Tea and coffee.
WI this morning: 9st 4lb.
Better than a gain, especially considering my chaotic troughing in the past few months weeks. But a bit disappointing as I have had a small appetite this week. But 1lb down since most recent WI.

Will avoid chocolate I think.

L: (out) calamri, linguine with seafood. Wine
D: salt and vinegar corn snack/stick things. Cashews.
I think i might weigh myself every day. Just for fun.

Well, the meringue was a success! Looked fab (even if I do say so myself!) and tasted good. Even DH praised it. The whole menu was a success actually and I think had we been on come dine with me, we'd have got 10s Grin

Unfortunately I had a horrific nights sleep, mainly thanks to a drunk DH snoring away, which meant I asked the hairdresser just to blow dry rather than style my hair so I could go home to sleep. Spent the entire day on the sofa trying to snooze. Horrible. Went out last night and DH totally surprised me by being very careful with the booze. 3 of them shared a bottle of wine and he had 2 ciders, a bottle of beer and 3 grappas which meant he was actually coherent at the end of the evening.

B - pain au chocolat
L - cheese and brown sauce sandwich, white chocolate, haribo
D - deep-fried mozzarella, starter size portion of wild mushroom risotto, profiteroles
S - A GLASS OF PROSECCO. God it was good.

Today I've been up since 7 but that's ok as I got a decent amount of sleep. Already scoffed some haribo. I might do pancakes for breakfast, otherwise it'll be scrambled egg and bacon. Will consume popcorn with F1 and I actually have no idea what DH is planning on doing for dinner. I fancy a lazy day today though - will put a wash on, clean out the chickens, watch F1, read a book and paint nails. Oh and make lunch for tomorrow.

L: picnic involving some crisps, some wine, half an M&S smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich, a couple of cheese straws.

I think I must hold the current UK record for sleep deprivation. Need to put the DCs to bed now. Then essential chores only and bed for me.

Hi All .......The half a crumpet is because I do the Paul McKenna thingy and eat whatever I want and stop when satisfied. So sometimes its only half a piece of toast with real salty butter or half a small bar of choc or could be half a biscuit. Often I eat on a small plate and don't eat all of it. As long as I am eating exactly what I love then I don't feel deprived. If I were to deprive myself by serving an intentionally low fat or low carb meal (diet) then I would eat much more because I wouldn't be getting all the flavours that would satisfy me. Does that make any sense? Smile

3 squares Cadburys Diam Bar
Big spoon of braised beef in red wine, spoon of mash potato, peas, carrot, broccoli, green beans.
Frozen grapes and banana slices
Lots of tea.

Gym….weights, lunges, walking on treadmill uphill, tummy exercises…….half an hour

Today

one scrambled egg in butter, mushrooms and toms

handful of kettle crips and a glass of coke

Date night with DH......Duck pancakes, chicken in chilli sauce, prawns with honey and lemon. Sparkling water with lime.

One madeleine cake lots of cups of tea

small galaxy choc bar

I'm fine thanks! Away for the weekend yesterday.

Sunday involved:
Egg and toast for breakfast
Pub visit involving pork scratchings
Lunch of ham with purple sprouting broc and cheese sauce
Cheese on toast for dinner with some hm tomato chilli and lime jam

Today:
Scrambled eggs
Cucumber and mozzerella salad
Black bean and zucchini enchilladas with hm tomato salsa (I picked 6kg of tomatoes off my allotment on Friday, can you tell?!)

Off to buy some trainers for some exercise. There is free gym equipment in the local park so no excuse!

My weigh in yesterday was 10 stone 2 which I am a bit depressed about. I would ideally weigh 8 stone 10 but will be happy with 9 stone 3.

My scales are crap though because I live in a wonky victorian house, so I am throwing them away and trying to do this without scales.
