Looks like our first thread is almost full so thought I'd start a new one and link it.
The one where we head into the summer feeling lighter and hopefully on the right path x

Morning, just took my 12th jab.

Feeling back on track -1kg last week and -11.5kg in 11 weeks. From 135.7kg to 124.2kg. Would love to keep the average 1.05kg weekly loss and be in the 119s end of July !

staying on 5mg for now

Amen to the heat wave cooling off.
I will be doing another jab this week (I came off 7.5). Had break so doing smaller amount so body adjusts. Hopefully back on normal dose next week. Will weigh in this week to see if any loss. Just need to pick a better day. X

so no loss at all on the last jab which was 2nd 5mg jab. Gone up to 7.5 this week and suppression is great, I don't feel hungry, and food noise is gone.

I am really hoping for a nice loss again now.

I did maintain all that time though, I may have gone up 1kg and gone back down, but still weigh what I did before the loss stalled, so at least that is something.

My nurse confirmed that I am on it for diabetes and can remain on it for as long as I need to

Is anyone else getting headaches behind the eyes/eyebrow. Has anything helped. I've upped my water today as read it can be in the night dehydration. X

My headaches come with dehydration. I check I’m having enough water and then chuck in an electrolyte sachet with 1L water. Then sleep. Seems to do the trick.

Well feeling rather demotivated today. Weight loss is extremely slow. 14lbs in 12 weeks. Have a looootttttt to loose so was hoping it would drop faster than it currently is. Hey how onward and downwards, tomorrow is a new day.

I too am feeling like I have really slowed down and somehow feeling physically bigger than last week which isn’t true according to the scales but perhaps is water retention? Anyway I am sure getting proper sleep (it’s been shocking lately for various reasons) and more water will be very helpful indeed!

At last my headache has gone. 3 days post jab. I will see if I get it again post jab on this dose.

Hope everyone feeling good. For those who haven't lost. It's been so hot and fluid retention won't help so you may find it gets back to normal as it gets cooler. Some areas seem to be in constant heatwaves.

I've not even bothered weighing today as I have felt so rubbish. Biscuits and chocolate in excessive amounts have been sneaking into my mouth this past week and I only have myself to blame. Feeling pretty mad at myself for letting myself get to this point as I was doing so well. Had been doing 3.75mg but maybe I will just do the 5mg this evening. Anyone want to give me a slap and my head a wobble?!

@NorthDevonBeachLover Definitely weigh as you maybe surprised if you've lost and had biscuits stay as you are and if not go to 5 and just feel smug that your appetite will be really suppressed with the nudge up. X

@NorthDevonBeachLover Do you think the sugary snacking is because your appetite is increasing, or is something else going on? Hormones? Stress? Lack of sleep (this is definitely my downfall, and biscuits are a gateway drug to more biscuits for me!).
Don't give yourself too much of a hard time, if you aren't having any side effects and the MJ is feeling less effective, go up to the 5, draw a line under this week, and see how you get on.

It’s been a weird week for me I too have been snacking a lot but after no loss last week, I’ve lost 2lb this week so down to 10st 3. I’m still on the 5 and I thought that all side effects had gone, but this week proved to me that green beans stay in your stomach a lot longer than I imagined 🤢🤮. I ate a Sunday roast on Monday, jabbed Tuesday and let’s just say last night was rather grim

I wonder if the heat last week depleted our bodies of something?

but yes Ive felt a bit odd this week, and Im not sure the weight is going anywhere. woke up feeling starving yesterday for no apparent reason

I just ordered vidrate ones this time, they have good deals for a variety of flavours on TikTok shop.
I’ve also had Zooki which I like, as I use their collagen, but they are more expensive

Hello everyone, I have a question about the the golden dose in my pen:

How do I know whether the pen has a golden dose or no if I am not on my last dose yet??

I’m going away and need 3 doses. I know my pen has 2 doses left and I don’t want to take a new pen with me, so if I know my current pen has a golden dose, I am good. I take 3.25 mg out of 5mg pen so taking a new pen with me is a waste as I am not sure I will always have access to a fridge.

Hi! I'm 2 years in with a couple of breaks on MJ. So I cancelled my subscription with my provider as the prices were silly, before I did that I tried Wegovy and bloody hell what a nightmare, I then asked to go back to MJ but they wanted to put me on a lower dose because I had a break which didn't make sense to me moneywise as I was on a 10mg but was only dosing 5mg . I've started with someone new who takes on people wanting to swap providers and they've started me back on the 10mg!! AND it's cheaper than my last provider even with a discount. If anyone would like a code for £50 off their first order, I gotcha :)

Evening everyone. Well done on all the losses so far, great hearing success stories. I am 21lbs down in 12 weeks (one week break for a holiday abroad). I’m now going away again, but for longer and in the UK. Visiting in laws, they are feeders and always have lots of snacks out…. I don’t want to put my pen in the fridge as I don’t want them knowing I’m in it. Was thinking a cool bag and change the ice block daily, but will that be too cold? Their house is like an oven at the best of times, so I imagine on hot days it’ll be too hot to keep the pen out. Has anyone else hidden a pen while away from home?

Week 9 - 2lb
Week 10 - 0lb (maintained weight)
Week 11 - 2lb (first 5mg dose this week)
Week 12 - 6lb

Starting weight: 15 stone 7lbs
Todays weight: 13 stone 5lbs

5mg is working well, no side effects, suppression is great.

A big loss this week, I don't usually drop this much weight in a week at this stage. I think it's mainly down to protein, fruit and veg most days, very clean food, plus I really don't have much of an appetite so have to make sure I keep my calories up for the day.

Anyhow well done to everyone single one of us. This thread is such a nice place to be and such a great support. Enjoy the weekend.🙂

I went from 3.75 to 5 yesterday for the first time, after stalling with micro losses for the past three weeks. I now have a very churning tummy - anyone got any good advice? I’m getting my hair coloured this morning and I really don’t want to have to keep running to the loo with the dye on at the hairdressers!

I have a £40 off Bolt, who often work out as the cheapest

Im 'officially' a week and a bit off my next Bolt prescription (in truth Im sticking at the 2.5mg and just about to start the 5mg pen I have in my fridge)

My assesment is recommending I move up to 7.5mg, which I am probably going to take them up on as Im still getting a subscription discount and because I havent got myself organised to swap suppliers, so if ANYONE is after a bolt discount Id be really appreciative as this will bring my price down to the current best price for 7.5mg on the monj site, and give me some time to sort myself out!

I know if refrigerated the pens are coming in with a year long shelf life, so I dont mind stockpiling. Also a 7.5mg prescription allows me to get that from other suppliers. I was just so run off my feet I didnt get it organised. That and ADHD
